“I looked up few architects based on internet search for construction of my dream home. Most architects would show us pictures in a diary or their facebook account, which was giving us mixed impression of their work. Lester on the other hand took time off to do a presentation of his previous work in similar site dimension (30x40), as well as gave examples of how detailed the proposal would be, which blew our minds! Didn't have much difficulty in selecting him. We emphasized that we need our home to be simple - matching the final outlook of many of his projects. In fact, few of the projects listed in website makes you want to live in many of those! I also wanted to hire my own contractor, for which Lester didn't have any problems, unlike few other architects I had checked with. Lester's team took great trouble to layout fine details of the construction, especially since it was a new contractor they were working with, ensuring there is no communication gap. My contractor was also very surprised to see the level of details provided in drawings and mentioned that its way more detailed and precise than few other architects he had worked with. Lester's team also visited site very frequently to ensure building is coming up as per plan and provide feedback where there was any deviation. I also got ample help in finding vendors for specialized work and fixing good price. Finally, got my interior work also done via Lester, this time choosing a contractor (Sunil) of his recommendation. Interior proposal matched the overall theme I wanted for the building (sweet and simple) and was well executed by Sunil's team in really short span of time. The final product has come up really well, beyond the wildest imagination of how I wanted my house to be. House is flooded with natural light, despite being on a 30x40 site with houses all around, thanks to well planned size of windows and skylight. That itself is a big feel-good factor for any house!”

“When we started to look for constructing our own nest, we had lots of expectations but no idea on materializing it. That is when we started to look out for an architect. Until we stumbled upon Prashanth's profile, we had not found anyone who could match our expectations. What grabbed our attention in his profile was that, he had a diversified work style, his practical and modest designs and the importance he gave on natural lighting and ventilation in the building. After an initial conversation and visiting one of his ongoing projects, we decided to put a full stop on architect's search. “My family engaged this firm of architects a little over two years ago to design a three-storey family home in the neighbourhood of Indiranagar, Bangalore, India. The land had been in my inlaws' family for almost 40 years - my husband had grown up in the house that stood on this land. A couple of years ago, my parents-in-law and their two children made the decision to demolish the house and construct a three-storey home - one apartment per floor, one for each family. Since my inlaws had first bought the land, the neighbourhood, and especially the main street on which our land was located, had gone through so many changes as to be almost unrecognisable. What had once been a sleepy suburb on the eastern edge of town with hardly any houses had, since the early years of the millennium, become a bustling commercial area - with plenty of offices and banks - and one of the most 'happening' parts of town, with the trendiest restaurants, lounges, microbreweries, and global high street brands. The challenge for the architects was to design a building that fit in with its commercial surroundings but still retained enough warmth to be instantly identifiable as a home. We wanted the elevation to have clean lines, few architectural flourishes, and maximum functionality, but hoped it would still stand out for its elegance. On the inside, while all three families agreed on the overall plan, each wanted their floor / apartment customised to their needs. I am happy to state quite unequivocally that Evolve Architects - and particularly its chief architect Mr Rahman - did a marvellous job of incorporating everything we articulated, and several things we did not, into the final plan and elevation of the house. They were patient, professional, resourceful, and cheerfully accommodating when we changed our minds about something, They worked closely with us to design a beautiful family home that looked great from the outside when it was finished six months ago, and now that we've lived here six months, works great on the inside too. I would highly recommend Evolve Architects to anyone who is looking for a professional outfit with not only great ideas of its own but the ability to truly listen to its clients and incorporate their wants and needs into the final design.”
