“Geoff took on a property development (mixed commercial and residential) for us through design, quotes, appointment of contractors and project management. Throughout he was thoroughly professional, always on hand to answer questions and to deal with problems and fully in command of expenditure ensuring that we got value for money at every stage. He made excellent use of space proving us with modern, high value rentals that were easy to let. He has been very helpful all through the process and has continued to be so for the two years since its completion. We found him to be personable, friendly and very easy to get on with and would highly recommend him for both commercial and residential projects.”

“CATO creative have designed and project management our house refurbishment. They've literally done everything for us and have designed a fantastic family home that considers everybody including the cats. Right from the start the level of creativity and imagination has they have shown has been fantastic. I never imagined that we've have fairground lights in the loo, a metal staircase to the loft and a gloss red staircase in the hallway - We have! Throughout the process they involved us fully in the fun bits and left us out of all the hard work. They took care of all the planning and permissions required to start the works. To find a builder the team completed a tender for us helping us appoint the right contractor. During the build they managed everybody making sure it all happened at the right time. Hopefully the photographs will be shared soon.”

“VC Design was recommended to me and I would do the same without hesitation. We contacted Veronica about drawing up plans for our ground floor extension and although conceptually we had a clear idea of what we wanted to she was invaluable in advising us how to best use the space and our options within the parameters of planning. She also contacted previous clients and arranged for us to see the work they had done, this allowed us to see first hand some of the ideas we had discussed. Veronica submitted the planning application and we have now received our approval - a job very well done.”

Kathryn then took over on a day to day basis as project manager and I cannot praise her highly enough. “Stephen is a fantastic architect, with great attention to detail, a superb ability to make best use of space and always aware of the best perspectives of the work he proposes. He is very talented at maximising both space and light. He is very good at liaising with planners and is very skilled at getting the most he can get away with, while not wasting time/money on what is unachievable. We have worked with him on several projects and have always been extremely happy with his work. We have never had to chase him, in fact quite the opposite - he is always a step or two ahead of us. Although not an interior designer, he is always coming up with interesting ideas and always has great taste. Our last 2 projects with Stephen ended up on the front cover of magazines. He is very proud of the work he does and we cannot recommend him too highly.”

“We worked with John at Stanza Design to build our ensuite bathroom, which involved some structural work too. Would thoroughly recommend, its my favourite room! The balance between choice in design and being guided by someone who knows what they are doing was perfect, the builders appointment were excellent too. Would definitely use again.”
