“I was looking for an architect that would be able to transform my galley kitchen into a kitchen/great room combination without having to bump out any areas of the home. When Kurt presented his plan I was amazed at his ingenuity, creativity and the plans' ease of execution. Moreover, as a newbie home renovator, Kurt assisted in patiently answering my endless questions and helped me with the endless design decisions. In addition, he deftly and professionally handled some "interesting" personalities on the job. He also returned my calls and emails promptly. “Lisa Little worked wonders in our smallish Venice space. We had complicated needs and she found elegant solutions within a tight budget. We redid a kitchen from the walls out, extended it a bit, added a bar, added in a huge walk-in closet and staircase in the master bedroom, and reconfigured a guest loft. The latter involved enclosing a half-wall for privacy via rotating shutters that Lisa dreamed up and designed. The shutters rotate open when the loft is not in use and closed when we have company up there. This was a brilliant idea, brilliantly executed at not much cost. Lisa helped with fixture choice, color choice, and furniture choice, and worked closely with the general contractor and his subs. She exhibited great taste, a firm hand, and a keen eye on the budget. Recommended without reservation.”

“My husband and I own a four unit apartment building in the Beverlywood area of Los Angeles that was constructed in the '40's. It was originally one of the "Co-op Style" buildings similar to the condos of today. Due to extenuating circumstances, it has been extremely difficult to update the building. HHDesign, with confidence and poise came to our rescue. Their professionalism and architectural expertise have turned a nightmare into a sweet dream. We were so impressed with their portfolio which is largely high-end and contemporary. This could have possibly been a stumbling block, however; you can imagine how pleased we were when, at their suggestion, they maintained the integrity of the building and style of the neighborhood. Even better yet, while honoring our budgetary constraints, they managed to give the building and grounds an incredibly needed facelift and artfully pulled the exterior facade into the 21st Century. “Hiring Jessica and Jonathan was probably one of the best decisions I ever made for my restaurant. They spent a lot of time patiently listening to the mood we were trying to convey, went out and did a ton of research, and then came back and completely nailed the project. We have consistently been featured in design blogs and Instagrams because of the unique styling of the restaurant. They even surprised me and found classic photos of the person the restaurant was named after, which I had been sure no longer even existed anywhere. “I'm scrolling thru Houzz and find pictures of our Bungalow that we own in La Quinta, California. It was designed by Sennikoff architects. We love this Bungalow it's beautifully done, we fell in love with the design of the home the first time we looked at it. It's magical inside of the home and outside of the home. Our family has grown and their visits are more frequent, we are in the process of building a new home in the same neighborhood, I so wish I had found Sennikoff Architects before we had started with someone else but I have a lot of his ideas saved which I am planning on using in the new home design.”
