“Rich Brya designed and built a house and studio for me. I'm very happy to have worked with them. Rich was very responsive to my wishes and the house fits us perfectly. Rich is great to work with, transparent about costs, and I love the design. My house is full of light, yet energy efficient. Sun comes in for thermal heating in the winter but not in the summer. My utility bills are lower than in my old house, although the square footage is larger. The house is solidly built, and after 5 years, I've had no problems. I love the house and feel happy every time I walk in.”

“Chris from Landmarc built my home,He was so respectful and courteous even when we might have disagreed on an issue. He and those working for him are available although very busy, never hurried and listen to your question with explanations that are understandable. My home is 3000 sq ft 2 level. Some things I wanted changed during the building process, patiently was changed. Ideas were mentioned to me that would never entered my mind, Brought new trends to my attention, new features. Basically making me aware of what was out there to see and maybe grab for my new home. A price was quoted for building my house at the onset and when finished the amount was exactly the same. I highly, highly recommend this company. I have never been so happy with a house that quickly turned into a home. The home inspector we hired had never dealt with this company. After dealing with him on our home, he told us how impressed he was with their work. that in itself is a big PLUS.”
