“Mehran is extremely knowledgeable from a design, cost, and feasibility perspective. I worked with Mehran on a complete teardown/rebuild of an existing single family home to a 90% new home. The main factors I needed addressed were cost concerns while keeping the best design and functionality for resale. “Before I begin my remodel plan, I was debating whether or not I should hire a professional architect, and I am glad I did. Kyle is extremely knowledgable and resourceful, he organize and oversee the whole project, as well as fill in every little detail that I probably will neglect. “My experience with Pat was always top-notch. He was always attentive with a client-first attitude. Some of the highlights of working with Pat include: * His plans always proved that he paid attention to the requirements we brought up in our initial meetings. * In meetings with our contractor, he always represented our best interests and was always prepared. * Little things matter, and his thorough knowledge of how to navigate city hall planning departments was quite a refreshing relief from what we had experienced with a previous experience. Pat's plans sailed though the planning department and proved to be easy to understand by all involved including our contractor. * Pat was also a master of small details that might get by the home owner, for instance our closet door placement in our house's small bedrooms. Pat's attention to detail constantly amazed both me and my wife and ended up being important details especially in the beautiful kitchen he designed. My wife and I have been through this process before and our expectations were exceeded in every way by what Pat brought to the process. “Bahi and Mariela are truly a unique find and I thank my lucky stars everyday that we discovered them for our home remodel. We added about 1000 sq ft to our 1500 sq ft home, and took down all but the foundation and studs of the initial footprint. Not only did Bahi and Mariela fully integrate the new construction into a seamless floor plan, but every piece of it is so incredibly unique and stunning. They completely designed a new roof that creatively resolves the 8 foot plates from the initial walls to the 9 foot plates of the new construction, and you would never know it as all you see is a gorgeous elevation that is absolutely stunning. I am absolutely in love with the outside of the house. And then the inside...WOW! Our new common space is an open concept with beautiful architectural accents and high ceilings. We wanted open concept, but we also wanted each space to be defined in some way so they designed the most beautiful details in the ceilings above the spaces including vaulted, tray, and crown molding accented elements. The end result is that when people walk in, they often tell us it's one of the best homes they have ever seen. Several have told us it is their dream home and would love to build the same design somewhere. We owe that to Bahi and Mariela for working so diligently to add just the right touches that would make our home beautiful. I feel like I am living in a gem that nobody else could have dreamed up but them. And not only is our house extraordinary, but Bahi and Mariela were the nicest people to work with the whole project. I am so glad we hired them and now have a beautiful home to call ours for years to come. Thank you 360 design studio!!!!”
