“Hired Roost Architecture to design an addition and remodel to our 24 year old home. We had a specific vision and "theme" for the project. Josh was a great listener and converted our ideas to drawings and specs.(while recommending some of his own ideas), that enabled our GC to build exactly what we had in mind. He was very helpful in the bid and GC selection process and helped us through a couple of sticky spots during the project. We are thrilled with the results. “I bought a condo in fall 2017 and Darla Lindberg helped me with interior design of the condo. She understood the minimalist and modern look I wanted for my condo and she came up beautiful solutions all of which not only exceeded my expectations with the design but also met my budget. Darla understood exactly what I was looking for. She designed each of my rooms, found each of the individual furniture pieces that go well together and helped me set up the art work, decor, and the lighting. The result was when I first invited my colleagues and friends over to my house, they are stunned how beautiful and minimalist my house looks and how cozy it feels. There were many "oos" and "aahs". Darla transformed my condo into a minimalist, tasteful and modern penthouse. She's a treasure.”

“We loved our neighborhood but our house no longer met our families needs. So after looking at new houses and neighborhoods we decided to remodel our existing house. But we didn't want our house to look remodeled or added on to. Working with Judy and our contractor we accomplished turning our existing home into a new home. A second floor was added with a master bedroom and bath and a family room was added to the first floor. Our kitchen was updated and expanded. The appearance of our home was also very important to us. My wife and I had very strong opinions of what the house should look like when it was done. Judy help us create a beautiful home, the house of our dreams. And all this was done within our budget.”
