“We hired Bruce to design an addition to our 900 square foot lake cottage. He drew plans to change the kitchen to a foyer, add a new kitchen, bathroom, and change a utility closet to a laundry area which also houses the on demand water heater and pump. He also designed a large deck lakeside and a covered porch on the roadside. He included central heating and air conditioning. His complete and detailed plans allowed us to be the general contractors. The end result is even more exciting than we anticipated. We would recommend Bruce to anyone looking for an excellent, thoughtful, flexible, and accommodating architect!”

“We remodeled our whole house in Fox Point in 2012-13. Karl was one of the deciding factors in us going with the company for the remodel. He was incredible during the entire process and after the completion. Karl has an incredible eye and was so instrumental in selecting all the lights, floor colors, paint, fixtures.... I could pass Karl a pic of the look we wanted and he would find it for us. Karl also worked with us to design all of the plans for our house. He really listens and got what we wanted. Overall Karl is a real pro and incredibly good at what he does. He is also so easy and nice to work with. I have an incredibly busy job with lots of travel and we would have not completed this remodel on time and on budget without Karl. We will use him again for future remodels and would highly recommend him.”

“We first worked with Steve on a basement project in 2005. It turned out very well. We contacted him again in 2009 to rebuild a 1929 cottage which we received many compliments on how well we utilize the space and incorporated/recycled material. Recently (March, 2014) we contacted Steve to update our 12 year - old kitchen with limited budget. Steve catered to our needs by listening well.
