“Tim did the plans/blueprints for our 3500 sq ft, 2 story home, and we couldn't be more pleased. He worked with us to make sure all the features we wanted were incorporated into the plans and showed infinite patience and professionalism with our questions and plan changes. I can't count the number of compliments we've received over the years on our home design, especially the open floor plan. A few years after our home was built, Tim consulted on our plans to put an office above the garage. He provided us with all the logistics with changing the existing trusses, adding floor support, and attaching the space to the house. He even stopped by the house to get a personal look at the existing structure and give us the best plan for the project. Tim provides a fair and reasonable cost, utmost professionalism, and much appreciated flexibility in working with individuals looking to build their own home or change an existing structure. We love our house and our above-garage office, and we wouldn't consider using any other architect for our future building/remodeling plans.”

“Donna, Allan, and their architectural support team are amazingly and refreshingly personal, creative, professional, and responsive. They were able to take an old 70s ranch with all its oddities and convert it into a new craftsman style home. They listened carefully over many conferences to come up with a creative design, worked within our budget to get us what we needed, revised and revised patiently to get it perfect, and then followed up with on the job supervision and sometimes substantive changes on the fly, including invaluable help with the governmental review process. They all worked so well with our construction crew, who had their cell numbers for on the spot questions about plans or problems, of which, one can imagine, there were many. Thanks to Donna's architectural design (the neighbors are truly in awe of the front elevation and interior transformation), Allan's meticulously drafted plans (the city review board and fire teams said they had never seen such meticulous detail), and the respectful collaboration with all involved (we are all still talking to each other after what ended up being a tedious, four year project), we now have the transformed home we wanted when we started: solid as a rock and nearly soundproof, aesthetically consistent with the older parts of the house, and the openness, light, and functionality of a new home, even if it all drove Donna and Allan crazy sometimes trying to get it for us! They did it all with a smile, and with exceptional professionalism. They certainly went the distance for us, and are just an awesome team. They have my highest recommendation as an architectural firm.”

“I am a dental specialist with over 30 years of practice and had been in the same office for 27 years. Moving and designing a new office had many challenges. Jerry was unbelievable in his helping us through this long and arduous process. He had an uncanny ability to really understand our practice and to design our state-of-the-art office to the point where we still get compliments on a daily basis of how it looks. His workflow design from the employees view is equally as impressive. His willingness to meet with us and make changes showed his desire to achieve perfection as well as be sure we were satisfied with everything. I have the office now of which I've always dreamed. “My wife and I were very pleased with the design that Curtiss provided for our 2150 sqft infill home in Webster Groves, MO. Curtiss listened to our needs (even following my wife's Pintrest account), visited the site and surrounding neighborhoods, researched local requirements, and then QUICKLY synthesized all the information into plan and elevations that we could take to the architectural review board (ARB). We were able to complete the ARB review in one meeting, and then Curtiss worked with our contractor to develop the final contract documents. Now we have a quality, energy efficient, home with lots of natural light: at a price we could afford. We have been living in our home for a few months, and we love it! Curtiss is a super hard worker. He met our project's tight deadlines, without complaint or unexpected charges. The price we paid for his services was fair. In every project there are things that one would do differently. But, one thing that we would do the same is pick Curtiss as our architect. Thanks, Curtiss!”

“I have worked with Kim Taylor for almost 14 years. From the minute I met her, I knew we'd work well together! She is mindful of her client's needs and budget. I like that Kim thinks "outside the box" with her approach to design, so each space she creates is unique and not at all "cookie cutter!" Kim's attention to detail is amazing. She is very knowledgeable about architecture, so rehabbing a house is one of her specialties! She strives to maintain the integrity of the house's character so the rehab work looks as if it was part of the original design. Kim is a very down-to-earth person who is extremely creative and fun, and I would highly recommend her design services to anyone!”

“We hired Chris to help us plan out our kitchen/living room/deck remodel, as you can see on his Houzz site it turned out beautifully. It is the kitchen of our dreams! He also invisioned details that we would never hav e thought of. Most notable opening up the hallway to go through from front door to the back deck doors. “Susan Bower did an outstanding job as the architect for the remodel of our condo at Lindell Terrace in the Central West End of St. Louis, MO. We purchased our condo for many reasons but one of the principal attractions was that this particular building allowed us to easily take down walls to open up the space and redo the layout to our liking. Susan was instrumental in helping design the perfect home for us. She started by trying to understand our vision and then offered alternative designs that took our initial thoughts and translated them into the clean, modern, practical, beautiful and elegant look we wanted. The use of lighting, something we had not focused on, was a creative way to enhance the space and give it a perfect atmosphere. Also, her vision on how to use all the space (where to put doors and where to move walls) was simply the best use of the space to achieve our goals. Besides her talents as an architect and designer, Susan demonstrated professionalism, competence and an ability to relate to people. Her communication skills and construction knowledge were evident when she was asked to help find solutions to construction related issues. She has been a pleasure to work with in all facets of the project and we highly recommend her for her design skills, her people skills and most of all her ability to take our vision and implement it adding her own spin to make it the perfect home.
