“I strongly recommend Jeanne Liem. My company worked with her on designing and building-out residential projects. Jeanne has a terrific aesthetic and is really hard working. She took the time to truly understand what we wanted and made our vision a reality. From beginning until the end, she has been very professional, responsive, proactive, and being able to come up with multiple solutions to simple and complex problems we encountered during construction. Their design elements are so elegant and well matched with our concept that exceeded my expectations in many ways. Also, they did all those within the budget requirements. They were flexible in all the areas we worked. She made everything so easy and smooth. I do not even want to imagine what would happen if we have taken another route instead of working with her.”

“Brewster Drafting House is a GO-TO Choice for David Michael Designs, we have worked together for years now and he is one of the most responsive and clearly talented designers around. We have since worked on countless projects and I would highly recommend him time and time again. His work is fast, clean, sharp, and on budget. He is well versed in Lumion, and SketchUp as well as Chief Architect. I can not say enough good things here, it's a no-brainer choice. Our last client told me that he was so impressed with Brewsters 3D, that his wife was not sure how we had "Built" the house before we even completed the blueprints. “After finding him on Yelp with good reviews, we had BVM design a 655 sq. ft. residence that incorporated a pre existing building. He was responsive to emails and calls and gave us a surprising number of designs. He was able to give us exactly what we wanted, despite our ideas being communicated rather poorly over the many many interruptions of small children. It was not cheap, but I don't really know what others charge. Also, when our general contractor saw the plans he said "boy, this guy knows how to draw!!" Overall, he was really easy to work with, gave us exactly what we wanted, and impressed other professionals in his field. What more could you want??”

“After meeting with a few different architects, we hired Buffett Design for our whole house remodel. Tyler is friendly, real, and was very understanding in regards to our constantly changing ideas. When it was difficult for us to visualize the space based on the 2D sketches, he created a 3D walkthrough experience on the computer for us. This was so helpful for us to "walk through" the new space before construction even started!”

“We are working on our third project with John. The first was a roof deck over a new accessory room which integrates so seamlessly with the rest of the house that it looks like it was part of the original house. The second was a gorgeous standalone building in the backyard which is a combination cottage, outside potting shed and chicken coop, all under one roof and designed to optimize the use of our natural breeze. Now he's working on an internal remodel that will include a new kitchen and convert an outdoor patio into an atrium with a loft. We can't praise John enough. His designs are innovative and reflect our tastes. And he's a joy to work with.”

“Kristin designed the remodel for my home in Encinitas. In a matter of a few hours she overcame design problems we had been struggling with for months, then went on to polish the design into a stand-out plan that has been a joy to live in. This was a complete home remodel. We expanded the master bath, added a new bath, moved and expanded the kitchen, expanded the living room, and added a studio. The end result took advantage of our 180-degree view (which the original design didn't) and cost far less than selling and moving into a comparable property with a similar view, if we had been able to find one.”

“As a custom home builder I can truly appreciate the mind for building design Daniel Hruby has and detail he puts into the plans. We’ve worked with him on several projects. One recent project had many challenges as It involved placing a real DC 3 airplane wing in the custom home! I was on the phone and FaceTiming Dan regularly during the process. Dan made up numerous 3d models to help us and the engineers conceal all the structural steel. Dan also provided the clients full 3d models of the build, down to the detail of how the seasonal sun will show through the windows at different times through out the day. Putting on the VR goggles and being able to virtually walk through the entire project prior to it being built, really helped us as a builder visualize what the end product was intended to look like. The clients thought it was really cool as well!”

“Ashley is OUTSTANDING. Currently she is our real estate agent. My husband and I feel so comfortable with her and trust her advice and skill. She is extremely honest and points out many different aspects about the houses- both the good and the bad. She has been incredibly patient with us while we search for the "perfect" house. She is unbelievably accommodating and responsive to our requests to schedule a viewing. She really does have our best interest in mind and is invested in our decision. We really would be lost without her. The best part about looking at houses with Ashley is that we know we will continue to utilize her extensive knowledge after we decide on a home. “I recently had the opportunity to work with Kevin on the transformation / renovation a 1985 built home - into a new contemporary dream home. It was a very challenging project! There was multiple new rooflines added, 3 new decks, a new front entrance, a cantilevered floor section, and a complete exterior alteration. The original home is unrecognizable. Kevin came highly recommended, and he's been an integral part of this project. Kevin was able to easily navigate through various ideas, and found very clever ways of adding all these onto the final plans. Impressive is his professionalism and quality workmanship.
