He has a strong aesthetic sense and works well with the client and contractor to customize designs. Our project on the water in Guilford, CT was done in two stages and involved rebuilding both the front and back of the house. This entailed significant structural redesign of most of the interior rooms, exterior facades, and the addition of extra square footage in a very confined building envelope. “I worked with Aurora on a full-scale condo renovation in Manhattan in the fall of 2018 until spring 2019. She was both the architect, as well as the interior designer for the project. Before even getting to know her, I was initially impressed with the renderings she put together as part of the real estate sales listing.
