The Ninth Realm Studio

The Ninth Realm Studio is a multidisciplinary studio which operates at the intersection of Art, Architecture, Interior, Furniture and product design. The studio proposes to celebrate this confluence by creating works that have unique Indian design sensibility whilst having Global relevance. When designing architectural spaces the studio strives to create enriching spatial experiences. The emphasis remains on ways of probing a design brief by stressing on the essential aspects of a space like the scale, proportion, light, materials and then interpreting it in a meaningful way that is adaptive to the client’s lifestyle. The works would also try to establish a dialogue between the built and the nature. The Architectural vision is steered by works that are culturally specific, contextually sensitive and sustainable which collectively heighten the quality of life. The diverse influences and collaborations with different design fields, literature, music, art and film making also fuel the passion to search for original and creative solutions that define and strengthen the narrative.
