Extremely thrilled to write this review of the incredible architect Mr.Tejesh. Working with them both Ms. Anusha and Mr.Tejesh has been an absolute dream come true. From the very moment we started the discussion about our ideas of our home, they have been receptive and without doubt , they made our dream come true. One of the standout qualities that sets Mr. Tejesh apart is his exceptional attention to detail. Every aspect of our project, no matter how small, was meticulously planned and executed to perfection taking into consideration all our needs. Their ability to combine functionality with aesthetics is truly remarkable, resulting in a space that not only turned out to be more stunning than how we imagined but also functions seamlessly in our daily lives. Most importantly, communication with Mr. Tejesh was an absolute pleasure. They were always available to answer our questions, provide updates, and offer invaluable insights. They were always open to our inputs without any hesitation and this approach made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. There was not even a single moment where we had any second thought about him. :-). Tejesh and Anusha, we thank you from the bottom of our heart for giving us such a beautiful home. We highly recommend them.

With the dream of building our home, we approached a handful of renowned architects, but none was able to capture the essence of what we needed. Then one day I found this young architect in ‘Houzz’, and had a feeling he might be able to understand us. And we walked in to Tejesh’s office one morning (my wife not so convinced). When we left the place after around 3 hours, we knew he is the person who would make our dream a reality as he proved in the next 1.5 years. Tejesh’s single most important quality is his ability to understand the client’s vision, and design according to that, making it even better, rather than enforcing his better knowledge or design inclinations. In a nut shell, he listened to, understood, created what we needed and enhanced it. And during this journey, we gained something more, Tejesh and his wife Anusha became friends more that our Architects. Thank you Tejesh, for making our dream come true.

Hello Everyone, My first step started searching for best architects in internet. I stay in North bangalore and after few interactions with several other architects, decided to go with Mr Tejesh. I am happy the way project got executed. It met all our expectations. He is gentle and accomodated all our requirements. We were very particular about Vaastu. Front elevation was highlight of the building. I am posting below planned and final completed building pictures for reference. Initially I was skeptic about relying on internet for construction. I am really lucky to be in safe hands. My whole focus was on two things. 1) Natural Lighting and 2) Ample Natural lighting. This was met by Spaarc aka Tejesh splendidly. His A team, Vasanth was very helpful and got our building completed in record time without compromising on quality. He has a mamoth workforce for uninterupted construction As typical viewer, I went through the comments and decided to go with Mr Tejesh. I am posting comments after completion of house warming.

When my wife and me decided to construct a house, we met a few architects, but we didn’t get the confidence to implement the project further as they were either rigid in their approach or they made us feel, as if they already knew what we want even before listening to our vision. We came across Tejesh’s profile on houzz.in , we thought we will give it a shot by meeting him. When we met him, we were glad to see a completely open minded architect with an enormous amount of knowledge. We liked the quality of work that he had done and the way he understood our pulse. Tejesh is a great listener, he carefully understands the requirements and budget, and comes up with extremely creative and workable options which are cost effective at the same time. His patience is one of his biggest strengths. Note that, he is not just an architect but a wonderful artist , and this combination of science and art makes him stand apart from the rest.

Mr. Tejesh helped us with Architecture, Structure and Interior design of our house, For the last 18 months that i have worked, he heard us very patiently multiple times and did a great layout plan that met our vision and during construction he recommended the right solutions in design, use of material and managed quality of construction. The house was built by the contractor Mr. Vasath recommended by Tejesh, we did not have to face any issue for co-ordination between them. Both ensured construction was done upto our satisfaction for Design, Quality, time and budget. Apart from his creativity, integrity, great listening skills, it was great to work with someone who always had a smile.

Tejesh is an excellent architect Man of immense knowledge,aesthetics,human touch and lots and lots of integrity. I thank God for giving me such an architect like Tejesh Because I was totally new for Bangalore. The contractor he has assigned,Mr.Vasanth is really great. Rare to find species like him Vasanth follows Tejesh advice 200% Never bothered about his profitability,not even once
