We chose Dzine Home for our kitchen interiors and spent around ₹3–4 lakhs just on the kitchen. While the work was completed on paper, the after-sales service is extremely poor and disappointing. The corner cabinet in the kitchen has been done very badly—not as per our requirement, and honestly, in a way no professional interior company should execute. It looks like unfinished, throwaway work, and since the corner cabinet is a prominent part of the kitchen, it completely affects the overall look. We have been following up endlessly for a resolution. Earlier they used to respond, but now our calls and messages are completely ignored—it feels like we’ve been blocked. Their only excuse is that the laminate colour is discontinued, which is not an acceptable solution when a client has paid such a huge amount and the design itself is flawed. Major concern: The marketing experience is completely different from the service reality. The marketing person Mr. Rajan pitches very aggressively and convincingly, but once the payment is done and work is handed over, the support vanishes. Clients are expected to follow up a zillion times, and eventually it feels like you are deliberately avoided. We understand new projects are important, but ignoring existing clients and not providing basic service or rectification is highly unprofessional. This experience has caused us stress, frustration, and regret. Update on below reply from Mr Rajan :- Writing a long public response is easy. What was missing all along was a simple phone call from Mr. Rajan to resolve the issues when they actually mattered. This response from Mr Rajan is extremely misleading and does not reflect the reality we experienced. To clarify first — we did not take complete interior services from Dzine, and it became very evident that because of this, there was a clear lack of interest in providing post-completion support. Claims that the team “continuously provided service” are completely false. Mr. Rajan’s statement about continuous support is incorrect. Multiple issues were reported well within the warranty period, for which assurances were given that the team would visit and resolve them. No one turned up, despite repeated follow-ups. Now, conveniently, the same issues are being dismissed by saying the period is over. The most ironic part is the laminate discontinuation explanation. There was absolutely no clear or timely communication about this. When communication finally started, the one-year period had already lapsed — and this delay was entirely from Mr Rajan side, not ours. Lack of transparency cannot be justified later by hiding behind timelines. There were several other pending issues that the team committed to address but never did. Promises were made, dates were discussed, and yet no action was taken. Saying now that there are “practical limits” to support is unfair when the support was never provided in the first place. We expected basic accountability and professionalism.

Poor and delayed service. Too commercial and not worth at all.

Right from the moment we approached Dzinehome.in we were super confident that our interiors will turn out well! The designer Ms.Neha is so patient with us and her suggestions for our house are so creative, cutesy and minimalist. At the same time storage wasn’t compromised anywhere! I hope I can give less than a star. They rip your hard earn money.. they don't do on time for a small interior work they will took 1 year to complete. No design work , always you need to send what you want and they design same for you . Only copy cats , no real work... I work ethics ... if you give advance to them that is it no response ... worst interior service ... initially designer will talk so much and later on they don't know what they talk , and main person he will take money and no response later , as per the agreement they say they will complete on time , but they never do ... but they took money from you as per the agreement ... so BEWARE OF THESE FRAUDS....

Dzine Home is absolutely amazing. They had come up with an easy to understand system to help you design your space while keeping it completely affordable. That is important since the other interior designers I consulted with were charging insane rates. Dzine Home works very close with you to find the right touch that works for you and understand your needs. Even after finishing all their responsibilities for my apartment they stayed available for and responded promptly to any questions I had.Thanks a ton to give me beautiful home what exactly my dream was.
