Kamat & Rozario Architecture

Had a great experience working with Kamat & Rozario for our home. They were very particular about the finishing and made sure that things were executed as per design. There were a few delays during the course of the project. Only realized at the end of the project that it was done to deliver a better product. Thankyou guys.

Writing this review after a long association with Kamat & Rozario. They completed our home a few years ago. We are very happy and satisfied with their services. From the drawing stage to execution they took care of the project with a keen eye for detail.

We approached Kamat & Rozario after doing a lot of research on the internet. They invested the time in understanding our needs well before we thoughts of hiring them. It was smooth sailing after we got them onboard. They patiently explained the designs to us and took our feedback, they also clearly pointed out when our feedback was counterproductive. During the execution of the project, we did not need to worry at all as they coordinated well with the contractor, pointed out quality issues when they arose and got them rectified. We were informed and kept in the loop on the progress of work at site. My husband and I travel quite a bit for work and we were worried that this may become an issue but we felt quite assured by the site visits made by Lester & team and the level of monitoring they did. It felt like they were building their own house :) Highly recommended

Lester & Smruti completed our home in 2017 and it still feels new. Their attention to detail ensured that there were no loose ends and that the house stood the test of time.

They did an excellent job with our home. They worked well with the contractor, who we had brought on board making him a part of the team to bring the best out of the design. They helped us in sourcing materials, giving us multiple options and they helped us get the best deals as well. This helped keeping our overall budget in check. Would highly recommend them.

We approached Kamat and Rozario Architecture for the interiors of our apartment and are very happy with the final product. Smruti and the design team were very patient during the multiple back and forths of the design process to finally arrive at a design we liked. The execution of the project was done during the pandemic with the multiple lockdowns and migrant worker crisis. The clear and transparent communication helped to address our concerns during the execution phase. The overall project was completed within the budget estimate given initially. Would definitely recommend them!

If I look back it was the right decision to take the help of Kamat & Rozarrio Architecture for the construction of our house. They spend time with the customers to understand their requirements and accordingly solution it out during the implementation phase in the most economical way. We had excellent support from Mr.Lester from beginning till the completion of the house construction including the interior works. They don't hesitate to visit the customer site to resolve problems on the ground. I would really like to Lester for building this lovely House.

I looked up few architects based on internet search for construction of my dream home. Most architects would show us pictures in a diary or their facebook account, which was giving us mixed impression of their work. Lester on the other hand took time off to do a presentation of his previous work in similar site dimension (30x40), as well as gave examples of how detailed the proposal would be, which blew our minds! Didn't have much difficulty in selecting him. We emphasized that we need our home to be simple - matching the final outlook of many of his projects. In fact, few of the projects listed in website makes you want to live in many of those! I also wanted to hire my own contractor, for which Lester didn't have any problems, unlike few other architects I had checked with. Lester's team took great trouble to layout fine details of the construction, especially since it was a new contractor they were working with, ensuring there is no communication gap. My contractor was also very surprised to see the level of details provided in drawings and mentioned that its way more detailed and precise than few other architects he had worked with. Lester's team also visited site very frequently to ensure building is coming up as per plan and provide feedback where there was any deviation. I also got ample help in finding vendors for specialized work and fixing good price. Finally, got my interior work also done via Lester, this time choosing a contractor (Sunil) of his recommendation. Interior proposal matched the overall theme I wanted for the building (sweet and simple) and was well executed by Sunil's team in really short span of time. The final product has come up really well, beyond the wildest imagination of how I wanted my house to be. House is flooded with natural light, despite being on a 30x40 site with houses all around, thanks to well planned size of windows and skylight. That itself is a big feel-good factor for any house!

We hired Kamat and Rozario Architects to design our dream Clinic, “ Family Dental & Implant Center Horamavu “. They have been professional, creative and very patient with us throughout the design process to the execution. Choosing the right architect is a difficult task, but I can say that with Lester and his team things were smooth, having had previous bad experiences, initially I was sceptical, but after lot of googling, I met him & things started falling in place. He is soft spoken, Transparent ,he knows the craft well, got very unique sense of decor. He has got a good team of contractors with him , need to mention here Mr Satish. I can go on, but I would conclude here by saying that , finally I got what I wanted, top quality interiors, good on quality and decor.
