I have been interacting with Mr. Mahantesh and Team of Design thoughts for more than 4 to 5 year. I was so impressed with his team and professional service he provided us. I also recommended him to one of my friend who is a Elite Businessman in the Jewellery Industry having the plot of 60x40 sft site in a Jayanagar Bangalore. When we wanted to do the office interiors for our new office, we got in touch with “Design Thoughts”. We gave them our requirements and told them all that we thought we wanted. The team at “Design Thoughts” floored us with their plan options, once we finalized on the plans they got to work marking out the plan and then supervising each step of the process. They finished the project on time and with utmost quality. We have known them for over 10 years and we wish them the very best in all their future endeavours.

I have been interacting with Mr Mahantesh the Chief Architect of Design thoughts for more than an year. I was so impressed at his work and professionalism when a friend who is a National Head of a US Bank was looking for an Architect to design his villa in 100x80ft site in a gated community and without any second thoughts I recommended Mr Mahantesh and his team. They have prepared the proposal in astonishing speeds and what l liked the most is their professionalism and detailing. I am proud to recommend and love to recommend them again.

Ar. Mahantesh of Design Thoughts Architects designed our multistorey residential building. He extended ideas to make it energy efficient and also helped us cut the costs in several areas with right guidance and referrals. Our building had two floors with four residential units and a 4200sqft luxury duplex penthouse. I have received appreciations from every one who visited my house for the quality of work and the ambience it has . Thanks to Mahantesh and his team for the wonderful work. They go an extra mile to help the clients get the best results. Would recommend anyone to work with this young and energetic team.

People in Design Thoughts first extract your thoughts, add value to it with proper reasoning ensure quality material keeping the budgetary constraints in mind and strictly adhering to time schedule by taking all head aches onto themselves. The house that was designed and monitored by design thoughts has been appreciated by one and all. 10 Months estimated by them handed over to me in exactly 10 months with complete sense of satisfaction.
