Anil Dube Architect

I am really glad to write this review for Mr Dube mainly because, I now get the opportunity to guide someone who is in a situation similar to which I was, not so long ago. It's quite hard to explain all the great qualities and reasons to go with Mr Dube in just a para, so I shall try to share my experience in brief. Before I met Mr Dube, I had a list of famous Architects, whom I listed, spoke to and saw their work as well. To be very honest, the biggest weakness of Mr Dube is his lack of advertisement. Unlike his competition, who in this day and age use gadgets and videos to make their work look 'out of this world', we have Mr Dube actually relentlessly working for his clients, letting the quality of his work speak for himself.Well this works only if everyone has the patience to visit, talk and actually vet the work rather than just be impressed by pics and videos. In my case, I thankfully had the time and patience to visit and review work in person, both his and the competition. I strongly urge you do the same, if done, there is no need for any recommendations, it would become clear like day and night of how superior Mr Anil Dube's projects are and how happy his customers are! This will convince you about Mr Anil Dube's powers. The competition may look attractive on the outside but is very shallow; while Mr Anil Dube's work, I am proud to say can be considered an art and ages so well even with time. Some of his initial projects are still so fabulous and look modern! It's not just that he is blessed with amazing skills, add to that loads of experience, his constant obsession for perfection, a truck load of honesty and ethics(which is ultra rare in this day and age) and ofcourse a few packets of humour and you get Anil who blows all competition out of the water. Any Construction is a major expense and a commitment, but I can guarantee that this journey with Anil makes it not just a memorable but a pleasurable experience. I'm sure you would end up writing a review for him so that others like us who may have not known him through social media, wouldn't end up missing an opportunity to work with such a giant of a person and an architect who turns into a dear friend by the end of the journey. -Krishna

I've had the pleasure of working with Anil Dube sir for our Residence. Anil Dube sir stands out as the most exceptional in both architecture originality & first-class execution of his vision. His creativity and passion for architecture are unmatched, and his ability to transform a space is truly awe-inspiring. He has the power of transforming smaller area to larger spaces. My home now exudes a sense of simplicity and comfort that I've never experienced before. Anil Dube sir's attention to detail and commitment to his clients is unparalleled. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and the end result was a home that exceeded my expectations. I can confidently say that nobody in Bangalore (probably in India too) is architecting dream homes as exclusive as those created by Anil Dube Sir. If I could give 6 stars I would!

The advantage for us is you will our project as your own which enables me to look after my work and not worry much about the project. I am extremely confident that the output will be something which I wouldn't have imagined. Our first project together was such a success, even today my clients when they enter my office are blown away at the interiors as well as the exteriors. They complement me but I know internally who deserves it(as i didn't even spend time on it) Your creativity and simplicity makes your projects out standing. Your understanding of straight lines is evident in your projects. we never see any disturbance and everything looks so pleasing. Nothing attracts attention as the whole place blends with each aspect of the building. We are grateful and express our gratitude for the efforts you put in for us. project location: Bangalore, Sarjapur Road Mr Dube, promises a lot while making a deal however except floor plan you get nothing substantial. everything else you require for a house design plan E.g. structural drawing, Elevation, Plumbing drawing, electrical drawing or even a architect signature, you need to go to some one else He'll charge you 18% GST without any receipt or any kind of bill. He'll ask you to come to his house for every discussion as he can't pick-up your call mostly due to he is in college (where phone not allowed) or may be because he is with some other client :) Overall, he'll insist you to go with his own contractor for construction or else he'll simply deny all service saying "this has to be done by contractor" Charges Very Premium : 6 to 7% of your total House budget. Advance 1 lakh (100 000) + 18 % GST = 118000 advance Output the floor plan multiple arguments a basic model of building with no design of your choice because some one else does this you further need to pay 6 thousand to another architect to draw and Sign so that you can submit the drawing to authority for approval. Pros : Good floor plan Cons: you get nothing except floor plan Forces you to go for his contractor or else he'll give nothing to you.

Anil Dube is undoubtedly the best Architect in Bangalore. He takes into account the client requirements and designs the entire house with his signature style of elegance, functionality and simplicity. There is abundant use of natural light into the design creating spaces that stand out. He is a perfectionist and ensures even the tiniest detail of the design element is not compromised. I'm very happy for having my house designed by Anil Dube.

Anil's work and designs are amazing. The simplicity and elegance of his designs combined with functionality and creativity make his work very unique. We are waiting to have Anil design our place as well. Great work!

An Architect who is passionate about his job. Revolves around the Clients wishlist. Maintains his Signature concept and grammer . Has pockets of landscape , light and creativity in every corner and nook and ceiling of the house.Studies the availibility of light and ventilation properly before designing, conceptualizing and visualizing. Big seamless windows and using greenery inside his houses is his forte. His houses are a reflection of his client at the same maintaining his signature style. Great person to be associated with. He is the Best Architect i've ever worked with. He is a Perfectionist. Unfortunately could not work Under him for a Long time but wish I could ....... Architecture to me is - Anil Dube. He is the GOD of Architecture for me.
