Zen Windows Central PA/Pittsburgh

We are delighted with both the process and the result. very nice windows and very reasonably priced. The installers did a great job; very efficient, very accommodating, and they even entertained my 2 year old grandson for a few minutes on Sunday.

Zen Windows did an excellent job of installing our new windows. They were so easy to work with. No high pressure sales. Gave me an estimate, came and measured our windows. Set up installation date and it only took them 1/2 a day to install 13 new windows in our home. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Highly recommend Zen Windows.

I've had our new windows for over a year now, and I owe Andrew a review! I am very much satisfied with our Zen windows! Having been through all four seasons with them I can honestly say they do a great job insulating as we've noticed much less (basically undetectable) draft compared to the 40 year old original windows. This summer we have not run the air conditioning once, just exhaust fans on the second floor and they really do block the heat. Cleaning is a BREEZE! I've had issues in the past with drop down windows getting stuck and off track when closing but these seem to be consistently functional. My ONLY complaint is the screens. We opted for the regular mesh and it seems to not keep gnats out on summer evenings. I'm a little bummed about that. As far as service, we had an issue with caulk a few weeks after the initial install, which could simply have been weather related with shrinkage/curing etc. I contacted Andrew and within the next day or two the gentlemen were here taking care of it all. No issues since. I would highly recommend Andrew, his team, and Zen windows. Sorry it's taken me so long, Andrew, however I think having all seasons under our belt was a good way to really evaluate the product and service! Thanks again!!

The estimate was done quickly. The actual installation was also quick, and done professionally. The workers were friendly and helpful.

Andrew and the installation crew were great! He explained their products well without high pressure sales tactics and was really honest about what we needed. The crew worked efficiently and quickly while being detail oriented. They did a good job cleaning up when the project was finished.

We went through the process looking for new windows and thankfully we found Zen Windows Central PA. After going through a horrible 3 hour ordeal from another company at our home, we called Andrew and could not believe how easy the process was with Zen. Our news windows are fabulous, and the crew was top notch, friendly and so clean. You would have never known they were here after they were finished. Andrew even called during the instillation to be sure everything was going well. I would highly recommend Zen Windows of Central PA. Buying windows should not be stressful and with Zen......it wasn't!

The owner was knowledgable and did not try to sell us more than we wanted. The workers completed the job quickly and carefully and left no mess behind. I feel that we have a beautiful view of our landscaping and I enjoy looking out the windows. I have already offered recommendations. When we need more work done, I will call Andrew.

Zen Windows provided excellent service from the quote through installation. We had three windows that needed replaced immediately due to some damage, and we plan to have them back to replace more windows as our budget allows.
