Very professional! Darcimar and his team do a really good job. They really know what they are doing. Their execution is very meticulous planned. Darcimars patience is his biggest asset.

I've had Darcimar and his crew at Xavier's pavers over the years for several projects, all of which are top notch when finished and look great! They're communicative throughout the process, helpful with renderings and ideas, and ultimately very good at what they do!

As part of the whole house remodel, we wanted to completely re-do and extend two existing concrete patios and replace them with pavers. Being new to the Seattle area, we conducted an initial search and spoke with some landscapers who specialized in paving. Having talked with some and getting initial estimates, we were very pleased and impressed in talking with Darcimer, the owner of Xavier Pavers. He took a lot of interest in discussing with us our initial plan and was very diligent with detailed measurements for the new patios. He came back with a reasonable estimate, and we decided to contract with Xavier Pavers to get the job done; and we are very glad we did! Not only was Darcimer very knowledgeable in helping with the layout of the patios, but also discussed what we were interested in and showed us some ideas and samples. Right from the beginning all the way through installation, Darcimar communicated well and kept us well informed, and we are happy to say that everything went as planned. The project kicked-off as planned on time, and the lead paver and his partner (Vagner and Alberto) were just super and very pleasant people, very knowledgeable in paving and worked closely with us on the patio details. They worked hard to complete our project on time; a very professional job by the professionals of Xavier Pavers! Based on our experience with Darcimer and his team, I would gladly recommend Xavier Pavers for any high quality paving project.

We couldn't be more pleased with Xavier Pavers! Their work is outstanding. And what a crew of hardworking and kind men. They built a beautiful 70 ft (?) retaining wall for our front yard all within a week. We are receiving lots of compliments from people passing by. We highly recommend Xavier Pavers, and look forward to having them return to do more work --in the back yard next time.

Xavier Pavers did the rare perfect job: Communication was great, their price was reasonable, and the work was excellent. A couple of times during the project, I noticed something that needed attention - and it turned out in each case that they were already on top of it. I can't recommend them enough!

Highly recommend Xavier Pavers for anything that involves pavers, They truly are top-class and experts in this field. In our unique case, Xavier was very professional, super helpful, and the only company that signed up to take up the project. For our pretty long driveway that was done using Pavers just about a year and a half back by a different company, we noticed issues and when we tried to contact the other company, they just ghosted us with no help or remedy. On contacting several other companies it was found that the previous job was not done to the code and basically had to be redone. That's when I contacted Xavier and they not only agreed to take up this project but were super upfront on how much time it would take, what steps/processes would be involved, and how they would be able to re-use most of the material. Xavier Paver's crew were on time, and on budget, and they did a fantastic job, they also gave all warranties and proof of work done in writing with an easy-to-follow-up commitment. The entire process was smooth, the crews were super professional and they left the site clean. Would definitely be using them again for all our landscaping, gardening, and driveway projects. And would at a heartbeat recommend them to anyone looking to get their driveway or backyard done.

We hired Xavier Pavers based on paver and wall construction they did for a friend who recommended them highly. Our job was replacing a 60+ year old concrete driveway with pavers, an adjacent stone wall and the old concrete walkway to the front door. Darcimar Xavier provided the estimate and was on site numerous times during the 8 day construction period, he is very easy to talk to in person and used phone, email and text to communicate remotely. He was always quick to respond. Lionel, the lead on-site every day, is an expert at site prep and cutting and laying stone. Both Darcimar and Lionel were great at collaborating with us on design details as work progressed. We asked for a wall design they had never built before and it turned out great. There were two helpers on the job as well. There was no smoking and no music. They were on time every day, worked consistently and did the job with no unexpected breaks. As can happen, there were several small add-ons from us which they incorporated easily and efficiently. Highly recommended.

I don’t often write reviews, but the positive feedback written about Xavier Pavers was a key reason I originally called them. Now, having had them just complete a significant makeover in our backyard, I wanted to add my voice to the chorus of many other satisfied customers. The entire experience working with Darcimar and his crew was excellent, from the detailed and competitive quote, the preparedness with design and material ideas, the timely communication throughout the process, the reliability and respectful nature of his team, and all the way through to the high quality workmanship and stunning results. Everything promised was delivered, and when I found a minor issue (broken sprinkler line) after they finished, they had someone out to address it the next morning. Xavier Pavers breathed new life into our outdoor space and the only regret is we didn’t do it sooner. Can’t recommend them enough.
