Bad workmanship. Lots of measurement issues and mistakes during work, for which if you are lucky, rectificationmight get done. Unaccountability from business owners.

We got the pooja room done by ws Interiors. Has come out very well. polish needs to be done. Will update once we move in.

Bad quality materials used. Within a year of work completion, we started seeing many issues. When we raised complaints with them, no action was taken. Every month, something or the other breaks and we have to get it fixed.

So you put together your savings, take a collateral and buy a flat you always dreamt off. You are now happy and excited planning for to get your interiors done and then you meet Siddarth. He will show you a dream with great promises of world class architect firm, will show you fancy work they did (which we later realized were done using a software), will promise you a smooth delivery with confidence of completing it in no time. And then you give them your first instalment which is a hefty 50% of the total amount and all dreams and promises will fall flat. You get first taste of unprofessionalism when the work only will start 3 weeks after the payment. It goes on with further delays, non responsiveness, bad measurements, repetitive work, operational inefficiencies and lack of ownership with no suggestions on design. You will end up doing everything on your own. The real struggle will start when the work starts. There will not be any alignment on measurements and you will have to monitor it daily to ensure faulty fixtures. This will form bulk of your delays. There will be massive production delays due to their poor planning. In the end they will come back with an overcharged bills. They were audacious enough to send an additional bill of 40k. We only got to know this when we measured the wardrobes on our own. In all please choose them at your own peril, do you due diligence on other offerings in the market.
