I would like to thank Mr Hunter Ross for his excellent service. From the time he visited me to give me an estimate, then through the whole process him and his crew were very professional; they did get the job done on time as he promised! Wood Floors of Dallas did meet our expectations, my wife is not an easy person to please, however she was very satisfied with the quality and the excellent service provided by Mr Ross and his crew. She's highly recommending the service to our family members and friends.

As brand new Texas residents we didn't know who to turn to for help in dealing with issues we had with the finish of the hand-scraped floors in the home we purchased. Hunter came out and did a free inspection. He expalined what had likely caused the problems, helped us understand our options, and ultimately we decided to refinish the floors. We could not be happier with the results! His crew did an amazing job of repairing the damage, installing new material in several places, and refinishing the entire floor. Wow! We are amazed with the beauty of the floor. Being new to hand-scraped floors, we were sceptical about how they would turn out. Hunter assured us that we would be happy with the end product. We are! We highly recommend Wood Floors of Dallas. They did incredible work, gave a fair estimate and did exactly what they said they would do in the time frame they said they would do it. I only have great things to say about Wood Floors of Dallas. The entire team has been wonderful to work with. I am renovating a house in historic downtown McKinney and there were so many delays with contractors and permits. WFOD always worked with me and when the time finally came to install the floors they did a beautiful job on my wonky 1930 foundation. Truly - they are gorgeous. I think it would be hard to find anyone who pays such attention to detail on the workmanship and offers the kindness and flexibility on scheduling issues that WFOD did. If you are thinking about installing wood floors, these are your people!

Professional team from sales to installation through finish. Promptly took care of minor issue after completion as well. Matched an existing floor in living room when we put wood in all bedrooms. They take pride in their workmanship at each level.

First, we have to say what a PHENOMENAL company Wood Floors of Dallas, the owner: Hunter Ross & his team are. Beyond brilliant. My husband & I have been wanting HW floors for sometime. We built our house 12 years ago with carpet & tile. Not only was it out dated, but very old. We needed a face lift - WOW did we get one. My husband loves to do research & when you're spending a bit of money you want the best. I'm still speechless when looking at our beautiful, fabulous & gorgeous HW floors. Hunter & his team went above our expectations & then some!! We chose to go with Brazilian Walnut. Hunter was so knowledgeable with regard to every question we had. We were originally nervous because the Brazilian Walnut can come with up to 60 variations of shades. Hunter put us at ease!! We showed pictures to Hunter & they did exactly what we wanted. I've already spread the word around to all my friends & so well deserved. Not only were they experts in HW, their team was beyond professional. I was just amazed at the quality of work & how well they cleaned up everything. After getting several bids, Wood Floors of Dallas & Hunter was the best fit. Again, I'm blown away & not only did it add value to our house, but has left a permanent smile on our face. Every aspect of working with Wood Floors of Dallas was spectacular: in-home quote where each room was measured & we selected flooring type / a clear explanation of how portions of the total job cost are paid before start & after install completes / very responsive communication from day 1 through job completion / good coordination to place the new HW in our home a week before install so it could acclimate / a referral to a great local moving company to help us move some big pieces of furniture / install crew Expertly skilled as wood we chose has lots of color variations & they laid the floor with amazing mix/flow instead of having blotches of same color boards together / install crew cleaned up regularly & end result with HW floors, new baseboard, caulking was immaculate / Hunter did final walk through with us personally, checking for any minor issues and there were none. We can't say enough positive things - we Highly Recommend Wood Floors of Dallas. 10 star rating!!

We worked with Hunter to install a huge glass mosaic backsplash in our kitchen and butlers pantry. Hunter and his crew were punctual, professional, detail oriented, a real gem amongst other contractors we experienced.
