Window Crafters

Came out to service my windows on 1/23/2020 and damaged the fiberglass frame on my main front window. There employee never mentioned anything and left. Later that day I noticed the window frame damage and immediately notified Window Crafters. I've spoken to supervisors there and have sent out letters with documentation wanting to get my window fixed or replaced. It's now 2/24/2021 and they have never responded to any of my communications.

I have worked with Chris Day since my Loewen windows were first installed13 years ago. He and his crew have been extremely professional and provided exemplary service every time I have needed him. Rhoda, the office manager is extremely responsive and stays on top of the project. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

Owner, Brian Anderson cancelled twice before meeting at the house to review my project scope of work. The meeting went well, and he told me that I would receive his proposal within days. I did not hear back in a reasonable time, so I attempted to reach the company multiple times.
