Horrible experience. Return customer that was treated poorly. Simple pool/hot tub took 4 months to complete! Unorganized, lack of communication, no customer service. Will never use them again or refer them.

I just finished getting a full backyard remodel done by Alexon Design and they did an outstanding job, that exceeded my expectations. I got 3 different landscape companies to bid on the work and Alexon was by far the most professional and organized. They mocked up a great 3D design that really helped us picture what the end result would be. And when I asked why their bid was higher than some of their competitors they were quick to point out big issues with the other bids where they "forgot" to include large chunks of hardscape costs - showing their class and integrity. The only part of the process that didn't go as expected was the estimated start date. A six week start date turned into a 12 week start date. But this is where Alexon really shined - they always kept me informed of the status and why there were delays (holiday period, rain, office moves etc.). I personally really appreciated their open and responsive communication that you don't always see from other contracting groups. Once things did start everything moved very quickly. When I had concerns, Alexon responded quickly to make sure the concern was addressed (drainage concerns, plant type and position etc). When plants died unexpectedly, they were replaced quickly. The quality of the workmanship is really exceptional and we couldn't be happier with the final product. Thank you to Dave, Shawn, Disi, Brett and the rest of the Alexon crew!

We recently did a large landscaping project with Alexon Design Group. From start to finish they were incredibly awesome to work with. Very professional, exceptionally responsive, and the end result was absolutely amazing. During the design process they really listened to us and put together an excellent plan and had great suggestions. We liked being able to see our design on a big screen in 3-D at their office and tweak it in real-time. We had talked to 4 other landscapers and we are really happy we chose Alexon Design Group. We did a pool with water features and fire pots, raised deck area, fire pit, tiled roof ramada with outdoor kitchen, and a turf/lawn game area in our back yard. They did a great job in the front yard as well. Their crew was awesome - showed up every day and took great pride in their work and were so polite. The craftsmanship of their work was outstanding. We can't say enough good things about Alexon. We now have a beautiful resort-like backyard that we will enjoy for many years. Very highly recommend them!

My wife and I initially vetted close to a dozen contractors when we decided to finally start construction on our dream backyard. Mind you, we are extremely picky, detail-oriented people who know what we want and expect to get it! That kind of personality tends to repel some of the less than desirable contractors out there and we quickly weeded out those types. We were very impressed with the professionalism and level of sophistication displayed by TJ Wilcoxson and Shawn Palmer during their initial visit to our home. They took very detailed measurements and listened to us when we described what we wanted in our yard. Alexon wasn't the cheapest bid that we received, but they were by far the most detailed and well-presented bid. They showed us state-of-the-art 3D renderings that allowed us to easily visualize our dream. Shawn even went so far as to take us to some other projects that were under construction so that we could see for ourselves the quality of work that they produce. When it came time to actually begin construction, they consistently showed up every day, on-time and did the work that needed to be done. If I had any questions or needed to make small changes, they were supremely responsive and easy to work with. Alexon has a very nice feature called ProEdge that allows the owner to see what date various construction projects were scheduled to be started/finished. It even showed us when our progress payments were due. During the entire process, the entire staff at Alexon treated us with the utmost respect and consideration. If we had questions, they answered them; if we needed something changed, they changed it. We've had major construction projects done for us at a previous home that we owned and I constantly had to oversee the work to ensure it was done correctly and in a high-quality manner; Alexon was completely the opposite. It quickly became apparent to us that they took immense pride in doing high-quality work and providing superior customer service. Now that the job is completed, we have an amazing backyard entertainment area! Several of our guests have commented that our backyard "looks like a resort". The attention to the smallest details (e.g., lighting, tile, color, functionality, etc.) resulted in an incredible finished project. Every single person who's been over to our house has been blown away. If you are in the market for a contractor to design and build your dream backyard, do yourself a favor and give Alexon Design a call. You will not be disappointed. They are true professionals from the top to the bottom of this company.

Alexon Design Group is a top notch landscaping and outdoor living space design firm. Our designer Shawn Palmer created this spectacular backyard /outdoor living space for us as well as a beautiful lighted step walkway in the front. He also designed a paver driveway that connected to our RV gate. We have never received such excellent customer service from a contractor/vendor until we met Shawn at Alexon Design. From start to finish, we had exceptional communication from Shawn and his team. Our concerns and questions were never left unanswered or attended to. His genuine character and pride in his craft made us comfortable and at ease during this entire project. Furthermore, Alexon Design provided us with high quality workmanship. We are extremely happy with their finished product and we recommend them for anyone who values honesty, integrity, and beautiful landscapes/designs!

We made the decision to "reinvent" our backyard with a water feature, travertine patio, outdoor kitchen, and new plants. Alexon design was excellent throughout the process, from design to on-site work to follow-up. We would highly recommend them for any similar projects.

We looked around at a number of companies before deciding to work with the folks at Alexon. They were not the least expensive but we believed that they would be able to best match our ideas and expectations. And in the end, they certainly did. Our backyard project met all of our expectations and we are thrilled with the results. From the roof covered dining, bar and grilling area to the fire pit and seating areas. They all came out great! We even decided to add a new front "lawn" of artificial turf. The workmen were all timely and courteous and kept the work area as clean and picked up as possible. Any "issues" were dealt with in a very timely manner. Highly recommend!

This was a great experience for I had them do the front yard which was a complete disaster to start with, when they where done I got more comments of everybody that walked by saying how great the yard looked. The salesman Matt was fantastic to work with as he gave use many different types of things to do and after all was set we still had 3 more changes to do and Matt worked with use every step of the way. They completed the work in 2 days and they also put some plants in my back yard at cost of the plants. They came back after 2 days to go over the irrigation of how to work it then came back 2 weeks later and set it up for now I don't need to touch it. Great company with lots of fantastic workers. Matt was very patient with the many different changes that we had them do as the work progressed.

Great service again, this was my second project with the team at Alexon...They pay great attention to detail and workmanship is second to none...I will be using them for my next project for sure!!! Alexon worked with us from start to finish to design and landscape our backyard. Work included a BBQ, firepit, custom design water feature, trees and plants, irrigation system, low voltage lighting, artificial grass and pavers. Julie used a computer aided design program that allowed us to view a concept of what the final product would look like. They worked hard and stayed on the job until finished. The workers were clean and courteous. The jobsite was clean and organized every evening before leaving. The design and work is very professional and sets our property apart from all the rest in our neighborhood. I would highly recommend them for any of your landscaping needs.

Alexon was amazing to work with. They turned our ugly dirt backyard into a wonderful escape for our family. It is gorgeous! The customer service from start to finish was great. The design we received was exactly what we had in mind, the communication throughout the entire process was fantastic and the staff was also very helpful with any questions we had. We love our backyard and love Alexon!!!
