Whites plumbing sold me a brand new water heater in the box that turned out to be 8 years old. Only after installation did I notice it. They refused to even give me partial money back.

We went in to find a bathtub that was larger than standard size. The only thing we left with was proper bathing well size, the person helping us seemed like he couldn't get us out of there fast enough. Kept telling us they don't carry in stock even when we said it was okay if we ordered. Said we would have to go online and look for the dimensions we needed, maybe different brands and call so he could give us pricing. If we do that we will just buy direct, biggest waste of time.

I have been shopping at Whites for 15 years and have always used Geno. He is the BEST!!! Excellent product knowledge and customer service. Geno helped me redo 2 homes (3 kitchens, including an outside kitchen and several bathrooms ). He always understood my vision. What impressed me the most was after several years of not remodeling he was always there to help me if any parts needed to be ordered. 100% recommend Geno and Whites!!!!

Did not get the correct information. Had to look it up on the internet to get the proper repair.

We requested quote on two Bradley Bowl sinks with installation. We didn't use them because their quote was too high.

Built an infill in Winnipeg, Canada. Sourced most of my products online and got this nifty little pot filler from White's Plumbing. I wanted something chic and low profile to go with my aesthetic. Great selection - love this pot filler. As you can see, it accents my range area nicely! Service was knowledgeable, fast and reliable. I highly recommend, this coming from a plumber's daughter! A++

I ended up not purchasing from White's. However, when i emailed a question, customer service responded immediately with the answer. I think this is indicative of White's company policy for excellent customer service. Their prices are competitive, I just found the same product closer to home.

I purchased two farm sinks for a new home build from Whites. Versus a local plumbing supply company a saved almost 50% and received free shipping. I did have an issue and was shipped the wrong color for one of the sinks, however Whites replaced the product and made it correct without any guff at all! Anyone can sell you a product, however I think it is the post sale and problem resolution capability that really set Whites apart for me personally. I would highly recommend and will definitely reach out to whites first for any future plain related home projects.

I ordered the basic Whitehaus farmhouse sink from White's plumbing based on reviews online and the price. I am so happy I did. The sink came very well packaged - and just as described. It has been installed now for two months and it is great. My installers had a little trouble with the installation - they wanted a template. My feeling is that a template is easy to make, and my installers were pretty hopeless - not only with the sink, but with many things. I don't know if that is a normal request.

Great selection of supplies and very easy to work with in addition to the best pricing I found on the Internet.
