Werbrich's Landscaping

We have had Werbrich's Landscaping for 2 projects. We are very pleased with the scope of the projects and how they turned out. We worked with Jerry and Sam on the last project. Sam and his workers were great to work with. Jon did a wonderful design job on both projects. I would highly recommend them to anyone. My house is an older house and it really made a difference.

Werbrich’s did some much needed drainage work and re-laid a brick patio area to slope away from the house. They also replaced some rotting railroad ties with boulders. Our project manager was always in touch, responsive to any concerns, making needed adjustments as the work progressed, and offering professional advice along the way. During the excavation process, it was difficult to envision just how beautifully the french drain would turn out.

I recently completed a small landscaping project with Werbrich. I found them to be very easy to work with. I found them very responsive and very professional. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

I discovered Werbrich's Landscaping Company at the Cincinnati Home and Garden Show in 2019 where I began to visualize and discover possibilities for upgrading our pool-scape and surrounding landscape. Over time, the scope of our overall plan grew and evolved into a much bigger endeavor, which included a home addition. When we were ready for actual landscape design work to begin, Werbrich's came up with a custom architectural design that met our vision and goals. After some tweaking of the plan, we were all set to schedule and begin landscape construction. The project management throughout, from conception to completion, was top notch. The team always showed up on time as scheduled, communicating and answering my questions daily. What I also really appreciated was their flexibility in further tweaking the design as it began to take shape. Their goal was to make the customer happy and end up with exactly what we wanted. Since we also had a home addition going on at the same time, Werbrich's was very accommodating in working with other contractors and scheduling their work when the timing was appropriate. It was a pleasure working with everyone at Werbrich's and I’ve missed the team now that we are complete. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and so happy that we chose the right company. We just completed our patio expansion project with Werbrich’s landscaping. Josh was great to work with from the very beginning all the way through his follow up at the end of the project. Tyler and his installation crew did a great job. We are very pleased with our new project and would definitely recommend Werbrich for your outdoor project needs!!

We recently moved to a new home and the landscaping around the home was a pretty minimalistic builder installation. For this reason, we contacted Werbrich's. Our experience with Werbrich's went very well. Their designer made two trips to our new home. One was to listen to and gather our ideas and requirements. The second one was to get measurements and photos of the areas to be improved. We then were invited to the company design center to see a first proposal they created. While there, we made a few adjustments to the design and then approved the result. We were given a slot in their schedule. They showed up on time on the date promised and went straight to work. Three days later the job was done and matched our expectations. Even though the heat and humidity was really oppressive when they were here, they soldiered on and really worked hard. We used Werbrich many years ago for an installation at our previous home and were quite satisfied with that result. We also used them for many years to perform annual maintenance on that original installation and liked the results.

Our project was to be a patio sitting wall constructed of field stone and landscape lighting. We also were to have a pergola off our side yard walkout. Josh and crew drew up plans that were discussed and agreed upon. All meetings and work schedules were punctual and details/concerns were followed up with email correspondence. Unfortunately we could not get the pergola constructed. Josh on his own dealt with Hamilton County permits which denied the permit. This saved us much distress down the road. In summary I didn't get my pergola but I love my sitting wall!

Werbrich has a very professional process. Josh listened carefully prior to drawing up our landscaping plans, which included replacing plants and installing stone steps, and was patient through several rounds of revisions. The installers took pride in their work and executed the plans quickly. We were contacted a couple times afterwards to make sure we were satisfied with the project, which we were. The neighbors like it, too!

I needed to have sod and some other landscaping done after a sizable home construction project. I had called two of the bigger names in landscaping on the west side. Neither returned my calls or reached out in any way. I called Werbrich's and they followed up in within 24 hours and came to my house for an initial review of what I wanted done. They did a great job of understanding what I wanted and offering me different options and costs. Quality and timeliness of the work was outstanding. I would recommend that you give them a call with any questions and give them a chance to make your yard beautiful.

My wife and I first approached Werbrich's Landscaping in September 2019 to talk about a patio project that we wanted to do during the spring of 2020. With an original and small concrete patio slab from 1957 off the back of our house, we wanted something new and different for our older kids (and their friends) to enjoy before they left for college. We had actually approached two other firms at the same time looking for design elements from all three, but after all designs and companies and people were evaluated, Werbrich's stood out as the favorite. We knew that what we were seeking to do with our project wasn't the biggest one that they were even working on at the time, but it was the biggest investment we had ever made on our landscape. Given that, we wanted to feel like our needs and wants were listened to and attended to just like those spending 6-figures on a project. We were definitely impressed. Dan Lynch was our landscape designer, and Dan listened incredibly well. He heard everything that we wanted, helped lead conversation on the things that we didn't necessarily know we wanted, and worked through multiple revisions to get the design to a place that we were very happy with. He was there throughout the project as well if we had questions. Eric Powers was our foreman for the job, making sure that everything on a daily basis went as it was supposed to. He was very communicative, and it was very easy to talk back and forth with him and the crew members about what was happening, why it was happening, and what the next steps should and would be. They were also very flexible with any changes that needed to be made along the way. Even since the project has been completed, if there's anything that we need, they pick up the phone just as quickly as if we were new clients. The finished product looks amazing, and we are extremely happy with it. If we do any projects in the future, there's going to be no hesitation in calling Werbrich's again. I would strongly encourage anyone looking at a landscaping work around your home to talk to them first about it.

Werbrich's Landscaping has completed several projects at our home. Bluestone patio, retaining walls, decorative walls, outdoor lighting, landscaping bed design and plantings. Steve is amazing to work with, he understands how to adapt the design to your budget and still deliver a quality product. We have enjoyed our outdoor spaces created by the team. They take extra care to protect the areas around the property. Webrich's is always on our list of teams to call and one of the first to recommend to others.

We have worked with Werbrich’s Landscaping on 3 major projects over the course of 7 years and we highly recommend the company. We have used their design services to develop the overall landscape plan, followed their recommendation on the specific planting and had Werbrich’s personnel execute the plan. From start to finish it has an excellent experience. Their crews & field supervision are well trained and the results speak for the themselves. On large projects Werbrich landscaping uses subcontractors to augment their core skills. Werbrich’s subcontractors work under the direction of Werbriches field supervision and the results are also excellent. In summary, I fully trust them to do excellent work, do warrantee follow-up when needed, and provide on-going yearly landscape maintenance to keep the work looking fresh.
