ELO INVEST

Our office was hired to do the design of one of ELO's small condominium projects. ELO is an unusual developer and that they create what I would call specialty infill projects. They treat each project uniquely, and utilize the advantages of its site, landscape situation and existing neighborhood. Mr. Litterio, the principal of ELO, has a sophisticate design sense and hires good talent to do his projects. His use of contemporary and modern elements is not gratuitous or trendy, but thoughtful, I believe. The design elements, materials, spaces, etc... provide a real function for the homeowner and thus they have a special beauty. In my opinion that means that his projects will be timeless and will not be dated. Mr. Litterio was pleasure to work with professionally. I believe he is providing a special product on the Austin market, thoughtful and fitting homes that have and will hold their value due to their quality construction and design.
