We were so pleased with the remodeling job that Aviv, and his team did on our home addition. Over only 5 months, the team built an absolutely beautiful, windowed family room and powder room first-floor addition with a spacious, light-filled basement bedroom underneath. Although not the least expensive option out there, we were glad we chose them for the quality of the design and construction, as well as the customer service experience we received. Throughout the duration of our project we received thoughtful, timely written and in-person updates. As issues arose (and, really, only minor issues came up), they were dealt with quickly, professionally, and within budget. We felt comfortable with all team members that were onsite, and were able to live through a major renovation with relatively minimal disruption to our everyday lives. We highly recommend Rosegold Builders and mainly Aviv! We originally hired him for our kitchen and master bathroom project. Aviv had awesome ideas and he did a stunning job, much more beyond our expectations! After the kitchen project was completed… we decided to have him continue and to also remodel our two bathrooms, some structural changes to the ceiling and installing new roof, raising the ceiling (in 12”) at the entry, completely modernizing our living room by opening walls, removing old flooring, removing old rock fireplace and replacing with modern, classic tile. Exquisite. We developed a trusting relationship with Aviv and his team of workers and craftsmen. They helped us with design ideas and helped us stay within our budgets, and were honest when they felt they could not accommodate. They gained our trust and respect. Fantastic company and people – and we do recommend them! We selected Rosegold Builders to do a full re-do of our backyard – part of it was to remove the 20-years patio and renovating the pool and decking. The final results ARE brilliant. The pool was totally re-plumbed, re-plastered and new tile and coping were installed including all the new equipment. The remodeled patio is a stunning textured concrete with brushed ribbons. The flagstone steps and trim match the concrete perfectly. Aviv and his team were very professional and efficient during the entire work. We had significant delays due to Covid19 and few other things, but they kept moving forward on the work. Everything was clean and organized during the remodeling project, and were always on time. We had a couple of additional items that we added to the project as it progressed, and Aviv was prompt with updated estimates. There were no unexpected costs during the project;

Just finished remodeling my deck with Rosegold builders and I love it!! Such a quick and easy process with Aviv as my project manager. We wanted really durable material that will last for a long time and ended up choosing trex flooring per Aviv’s recommendation which I am really happy about. We just finished our complete home remodeling project at our home. We worked closely with Adam and his team from start to finish. Adam made sure to come over to our home each day in the morning and to make sure that everyone knows his daily tasks and that the work is going according to the plan. Our remodeling project was basically to design the kitchen space, demolish and rebuild the bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry room, to install new drywall all over the garage and to implement a home automation system that will control all the lighting, doors and electronics. The work took almost 3 months and we are very happy with the work that they did. EXCELLENT company to hire for any home remodeling project.

we did a major remodeling project. We replaced 8 windows around the house. This included removing the nonworking ones, add the new ones and do all the water proofing so no water will get in. The garage needed to have drywalls on all the walls, plaster, paint and new lighting. In The kitchen we replaced all the cabinets and we redesigned it thank to Adam who was the one that made the new design. He was able to generate more space for us in the kitchen by removing part of a wall, and adding a storage cabinets. Also, we did a new wash paint with 2 colors that will match the color of the cabinets. This was the best thing we could add to the kitchen. Within 1 month, the kitchen was completed. We than had to call Adam again because of a problem. He sent his guys the day after and they fixed it as well.

I really LOVE Rosegold Builders. My new 3,000 Sq. Foot Luxury house in San Jose and they were the people who installed the new kitchen including all the tiles, granite and cabinets. Adam came up with a wonderful design plan that ended up with our new kitchen. He was skilled, pleasant and honest. Our best feature in the new designed kitchen is the gorgeous tile floor. It is by far the most visible thing that make us proud that we hired Rosegold Builders and that they were the perfect people to select for our kitchen remodeling. Rosegold Builders Company renovated my master bedroom and master bathroom. My master bedroom and master bathroom were pretty much all we needed and wanted. We hired them to gut them completely and to relocate the lights, shower, vanity and more… In the bathroom we added a new Jacuzzi tub and closed shower while the walls got new stone walls and floors, expanded the width of the new shower by 14” and we tiled it all the way to the ceiling including a nice tiled bench, rain shower head and glass shower door. The new vanity was a custom double sink with dressing table. The master bedroom got new crown moldings, new paint on the walls, heated floors, nice fireplace, new window, large closet space with low voltage lighting and custom three track door. Our guests keep telling us now that it looks like a resort hotel. I definitely recommend Rosegold Builders to anyone who wants a trustworthy, skilled, budget friendly and easy to work with company.

My house was recently remodeled by Rosegold Builders and it was managed by an awesome person (Adam). Adam made sure that everything will go without any problem and smooth as possible. The work was very massive because it included the removal of 2 walls (so i will get a large open space of the first floor), new design, new flow and more.... After the demolition of the existing kitchen, Adam made sure that each day the workers will work full days. More than that, he made sure that all the materials will be at the house prior to the work. The new kitchen was completed within the promised time frame and after it was completed... Adam came over several times to make sure that i am happy and that there are no problems of any kind.

As part of the remodeling job, they redesigned the new spaces, costumed all of the materials, and went with us hand by hand to many vendors in order to buy the finish hardware. Adam totally remodeled our whole home, by redesigning it and make it as new based on our needs and wishes. Rosegold Builders transformed our home, which had never been remodeled, into a traditional home automated house, while being careful to bring what we want and need. This resulted in home with a large open floorplan, state of the art kitchen and bathrooms and more... but also has the original baseboards, guest bathtub, and gorgeous hardwood flooring, and few other things. Our home turned out to be a stunning mix of new and existing items and while we moved to the home right after the remodeling was finished, we didn’t need to change anything. Adam know exactly what is good or bad and he never left unfinished ends for us to clean up. We highly recommend Rosegold Builders to anyone who want a great contractor with high integrity that is detailed, honest and communicative, Adam is the perfect person for that.

Adam did a wonderful remodeling work at our house! We are extremely happy with the results. Our remodeling project was to remodel the kitchen and guest bathroom and it got delayed a bit because the weather the caused some delays with the deliveries of the materials. Adam was very patient and professional with our selection of colors and materials, excellent ideas and suggestions when he noticed that our choices could be better for the remodeling job. His ideas made money us saving money (which we loved). He also told us what was the reason in the wrong things that we selected. When surprises and problems came up… he addressed them and made sure that they will be solved and that the end results will be better than what we wanted....His overall prices were better or similar to the other ones but his character, communication skills and follow through including his work ethic worth any price difference .

The offer that we got from Rosegold Builders for our complete kitchen remodeling project was much more valued than all the other estimates that we got from the other companies that we met and asked for a quote from. All the time that we wanted to get prices for anything, we never looked for the cheapest price because that factor was not important at all. What we always cared about was the quality of the work that we will get from that company AND Rosegold Builders was able to provide just that. The remodelers arrived to our house each day and on time while Adam (the manager) made sure that they will work full days and complete the daily tasks and the remodeling in general. Recently we had Rosegold Builders do a complete remodeling of our master bathroom. Everything in that remodeling project came out perfectly. Everyone arrived to our house each day (during the week) and on time, they were very well-organized, reasonable with the overall price of the work and during the work they were even able to offer several wonderful implementation ideas. They did a wonderful work by removing the old bathtub and exchanging it with a large walk in steaming shower. They also built a modern double sink vanity with new tile flooring.

Be prepared…to be much more than satisfied and happy!!! The moment we saw several of Rosegold Builders in progress projects, we got really excited to see how our remodeling project was being executed. The crew teams of Rosegold Builders are the most skilled people that we have ever seen OR had a pleasure to have at our house. From early stage of the planning phase and all the way to the final touch ups… we were always fascinated with Rosegold Builders and mainly with our project manager and the team/office staff. We would like to mention that our remodeling project was a large one. Any problem or issue that came up during the work, was solved in a very timely manner. We had to place our house for sale and after making few researched and talking to friends, we hired Rosegold Builders for this task. The communication between us was done remotely because we moved to a different city and we were able to arrange all the repairs and work in a physical meeting BUT to see the final results only via our realtor. We were very happy with what we saw and the speed of the work was good too. Adam took care of all the purchasing and crew while making the realtor involved in the work so it will be easier for her to sell it when the home is ready for that. The kitchen remodeling project that we did recently left us a great experience. The remodeling project was done by Rosegold Builders & Design. From the initial meeting that we had with Adam all the way to the last corrections and touch up that they did, we were in excellent hands. American Home Improvement have the most professional and skilled people from the design stage all the way to the office staff and working crews. The design stage was long and stress less because we wanted to include so many things and Adam was able to include most of them at the current project. The office staff took care of all the scheduling, deliveries etc… and they did a perfect job on that. As part of the estimate, we got a draft details of all the tasks and completion chart, so we knew more or less what will be next. We were referred to Adam by our neighbor who hired them before to remodel his kitchen. They were so happy with the work that was done at their house that they kept referring them to others. We are also proud to refer American Home Improvement to our friends, coworkers and relatives and other neighbors.

While we did our research for a home remodeling company, we came across Rosegold Builders and we were very fascinated by their ideas, history of projects and the range of work that they do. Adam, their salesman came to our house and he was very skilled and generous. Since we had a good idea of what we wanted to have in the bathroom and kitchen, Adam took a lot of notes and called us back 2 days after with his detailed estimate that was fair related to the amount of work we needed to be done. The work that they did was a fantastic remodeling job and during the entire construction, they were clean and very professional while Adam always checked in either by phone or in person. The final results were higher than we expected from them!

We needed to upgrade the kitchen and to enlarge it by adding new space. We had few estimates for the remodeling, but the one who stood out as the best for us was with Adam from Rosegold Builders. Adam gave us a fair estimate for the big remodeling job. Right after we got the approval from the building inspectors, the demolition stage started few days after. The communication with Adam during the whole remodeling project was outstanding. The working crew arrived to the house each morning and all the materials for the work arrived as needed and a new wall was built 3’ near the garage. The new space of the kitchen become much larger and better than we wanted. The working people were very nice people to work with, but on top of that, they always listened to our comments and always did everything to our approval. We are in love with our gorgeous new kitchen and we want to thank Rosegold Builders for making it. We highly recommend.

We recently had Rosegold Builders for the remodeling of our bathrooms at our house (3 in total) and part of the kitchen. Adam was wonderful, very professional and expert in his industry. He kept providing many ideas and suggestions that were based on our vision that he got during the meetings we had. We couldn’t be more stunned and happier from the results of his work! It completely show and prove that he knew exactly what we wanted and needed for our house. We must admit that during the work, Adam made sure to keep an open communication channel with us, always responded fast to our questions. They are professional, patient and considerate, motivated and making sure that you will get more than what you want and will do the job from A to Z. Before we hired them, we met with 4 additional home improvement companies. Half of them couldn’t do the design right even while others provided us with estimates that were extreme with lower quality materials. Adam was very fair and upfront about all the cost and timelines. He worked on the kitchen project as if it was his own. His team gave extra efforts to help us save some costs without lowering the quality. Adam converted the loft at our house into a full bedroom with a full bathroom at our house including the replacement of our patio door and few other remodeling projects. His team of people delivered a top notch workmanship. Everyone worked each day and Adam did a great supervision work handling all the people at the house. The main and most important thing was to match the exterior wall texture and paint and Adam was able to do that perfectly. The office staff was able to handle all the permits and all the invoicing including the deliveries of all the materials. Adam was also managed all the HOA approval procedures and he made this remodeling project as easy as possible for us.

Last month, Rosegold Builders & Design helped us to renovate our kitchen and master bathroom including building a room addition. The remodeling process and progress was easy and fast while the overall price was good too. We couldn’t be happier with the final results. Rosegold Builders is a trustworthy, polite, and professional and take cares about her clients! Our remodeling project was to remodel the laundry room, upgrade the kitchen, replace the electrical panel, new plumbing, relocating the water heater. Adam knew perfectly how to listen to what we want and to guide us through the progress of the design and execution of the project while coordinating with the entire people at his team on the job site.
