Jon knows what he’s doing and listens to feedback. He has an admirable business and does a good job! Absolutely refreshing after dealing with many other bad businesses around this area . He actually wants to do the job right. And he makes sure the job is done right. I appreciate that so much!

My wife and I hired Royal Renovations to build a new bathroom for our 117 year old townhouse. The entirety of the work took place in February 2019. Jon designed the job and the engineering that it took to tie into the very old existing systems. Jon and his crew were polite, reliable, and punctual, and the project ended up on budget--far from the last experience I had with a contractor. The work is beautiful, and we have received many compliments on our new bathroom. I hope to hire him again for our next project.

Jon has been doing work on our historic district house for several years as an ongoing restoration project. Very knowledgable, conscientious and hard working. Good attention to detail. Very easy to get ahold of and dependable. I highly recommend Jon and his company.

We have worked with Royal Renovations with our individual home (interior work). and our condominium HOA has hired the company for numerous exterior projects beginning last July, 2018. The crew is conscientious, polite, and Jonathan, the head contractor, will address any concerns and rectify any problems we have in a timely manner. We hope to continue our relationship with additional projects in the future.
