K McLaren Remodeling Co

We have hired K McLaren Remodeling for several jobs. The most recent was a master bathroom renovation. Kirk and his team completely gutted the master bathroom of our 1860 Victorian home . As is often the case with old houses, you do not know what you are going to find until the demo ensues. He discovered several difficult issues but handled them all with ease and we felt we were in great hands. We trusted him to make the right decisions and he did so in every instance. The team did a great job containing the dust during the demo phase and were impeccable in putting things back in order each day as we were living day to day in nearby rooms. The work was done beautifully! We absolutely love it! Kirk has a good design eye and often guided us in directions we would not have known were possible. He suggested using wainscoting and it was a brilliant idea. He suggested we move the toilet to a more private area behind the shower. He guided us away from bad decisions regarding colors and fixture choices. He advised on tile choices and gave us the best of everything that our budget could manage. Kirk is a perfectionist and it shows. The team members we met were all reliable and lovely. Kirk managed the team and the project with the utmost professionalism, with grace, and humor! We had to laugh when a few very old squirrel carcasses turned up in the walls during demo! We will hire K McLaren for all future jobs. He is very fairly priced compared to most contractors and an absolute pleasure to work with.

K McLaren has done a lot of work on my house from a complete bathroom rebuild to smaller repairs and upgrades. The job has always been completed professionally and with a first class finish. I would recommend K McLaren to anyone wanting a professional job done at a reasonable price.
