I was very skeptical about ordering my front entry door and making such a significant purchase for thousands of dollars online and not to mention from another country. I googled the company and read all the reviews and although there were a few negative reviews, I loved the fact the company responded to those negative reviews with data and facts; some people will never be happy. I hired a professional installer to take the exact measurements, which is very very important. I went online, priced out the door (20% cheaper than 3 out 4 In-State quotes received) and contacted the company on the telephone and spoke with Alex. He instructed me on exactly what to do to ensure the measurements were perfect. Once I got the measures, I worked closely with Alex to order the door to ensure the contract reflected all the correct information. I ordered my door on April 15, 2021 and it was delivered on June 15, 2021, exactly 2 months which they stated it would take 8-10 weeks...perfect! My door is absolutely stunning!!!! My neighbors are stopping and are in awe of the door. They even included a small jar of touchup paint for little areas (i.e. screws, minor surface scratches). The professional installer commented that this door was by far one of the best doors he has installed. I am beyond satisfied and pleased with the customer service that was provided throughout my entire experience. They returned my calls in a timely fashion and they addressed any questions or concerns I had over the course of the 2 months. I can't say enough about this experience!!!

This company has zero business ethics! They sent me a front door in bubble wrap and cardboard and no surprise it was completely dented and damaged when it arrived. I immediately notified them it was damaged and sent multiple photos. They REFUSED to REFUND me! They said I would have to pay for shipping back to them and be charged a 25% restocking fee. What a truly unethical and shameful business practice they are running. DO NOT USE THEM!

I shopped around for a while and decided to go with DoorShoppers not only because their price was good (not the cheapest), but because of the good reviews. I am not dissapointed. I got my door in time before cold weather and they seem to work great so far.

I ordered a beautiful modern looking door, windows and a patio door online from doorshoppers store and just love it. It is now installed and it is very sturdy and of high quality. My installer said that it was done exactly as I ordered.They delivered the door right to my house.The whole process was very convinient and Alex from the office helped me to clarify some questions before ordering.

I ordered the door, but when it arrived there was a damage on the container. So, I contacted doorshoppers right away and they instructed me not to sign for it and the shipping company sent it back to them. Good thing that I did not accept it. Latter I was told that there was some damage during shipping, so they handled insurance and remade or fixed the door and shipped it back to me. I really felt that I was being taken care of during all this time. They were on my side and made sure I get what I paid. Thank you for that.

I purchased an entry door with a sidelight (fiberglass) in a custom colour. I made the mistake (admittedly mine) of ordering it with only one predrilled hole (for the electric deadbolt) because I also ordered the large square handle for it. It is about 2.5 inches wide by about 30" or so long that runs vertical on both sides of the door. My family is complaining that we need a proper handle as well that closes when the door is pulled closed, thus one hand is enough to close and lock it (by pressing the Lock button of the deadbolt. While I have nothing to complain about the original experience with Alex and the quality of the door, I warn about the after sale service. First, they "forgot" to install the handle and it took them about two weeks and multiple emails from me by the time they sent out a technician to do so. No discount, no credit and hardly a "we are sorry". After, when I asked them how much it would cost me to have them send someone out to drill the appropriate holes for the locking handle I bought elsewhere, and I was told it would be hundreds of dollars (I don't expect it for free, but a consideration for the two week delar before would have been nice) and that they cannot fit in a 1 hour job (maybe 2 hours with travel) for 6 - 8 weeks. Now THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE, EHHH??

I wish I read some reviews here before I ordered my doors. We were completely carried away by the beautiful doors when we saw them here on Houzz and though they were really expensive we decided to splurge on them. We ordered our front and garage doors through this company and are way past our delivery date now. No responses to phone calls and emails anymore. I have been requesting accurate ETA's and all I get is a bunch of false promises and lies (and that too after several tries). Stay away from this company. We made a terrible mistake and are now stuck with huge delays in our project because of them. Don't be tempted by the beautiful doors unless you are prepared to deal with indefinite delays and very inconsiderate customer service and their lies. I wish no one has to go through the nightmare we are going through right now :(

Terrible customer care. Extremely long wait period, double what was promised. And very poor service. Refused to apologize for the delay or compensate for the stress. Numerous phone calls for the manager were answered. Still waiting for the door..update. finally got the door, now without casing, waiting for another 2 mo for that. First I would say it was an amazing experience with DoorShoppers. Last month, my wife and I planned to purchase an entry door with sidelights for my new house. We spoke with some of my friends who used to order doors online and they told us they did it through www.doorshoppers.com So we went on that website and actually found a huge range of modern entry doors in many designs which we liked. We asked for quotes and without any delay, they provided us with a comprehensive quote proposing affordable deals. As selecting an entry door for our new house was totally new to us, they helped us a lot.

Glad we ordered from them, very beautiful door, had to wait for a while for it to be made, but waiting was worth it, entrance has a very stylish look now, the door is a high quality product.
