What a fantastic team of men! Bill and his crew bailed me out of a roofing debacle. He came in and fixed a nightmare of someone else's shoddy workmanship! I am truly grateful for their knowledge and craftsmanship, with such attention to detail. He not only fixed the roof but educated me what to look for when i hire someone to replace my existing roof. WD Smith did our kitchen remodel one year ago. As a family new to the area, we were so fortunate to win the contractor lottery with William's team. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, integrity and caring about the customer and the job was the best. William has a long history in the area and works only with the best and most professional people in the business. From cabinetry, to plumbing, to tiling, to electric, to cabinets, to lighting - we had the most proficient and enjoyable people working on our kitchen who were considerate of our home and held themselves to the highest standard - treating our home like they would if it were their own. Because of William's reputation, we also got excellent care from the vendors he sent us to to select appliances, sink, countertop, faucets - we could have opted also to bring our own purchases, but his people always provided the better deal and the best customer service. Communication via text/phone/email was excellent and any concerns we may have had were addressed quickly and professionally and the project was well coordinated overall. We had a need for one return visit about a month after the project was complete and settled and they came the next day from a single phone call to correct the small issue. A year later all remains beautiful and operating well and we have been very happy

William coordinated two complete concurrent bathroom renovations for us. His team did a terrific job. William is extremely responsive and kept us informed throughout the entire process. We would hire him again for another project.

William and his crew remodeled our master bathroom. They did a fantastic job and they will be returning to do our kitchen very soon. The entire remodel process went smoothly because of William's attention to detail, his constant communication and the skilled crew he employs. The job site was cleaned up each afternoon, all workers showed up on time, and everyone was extremely polite and helpful. It was a pleasure to work with William and we are VERY pleased with our bathroom! We highly recommend W.D. Smith Construction!

Very satisfied with the remodel of our 1960's master bathroom and shower. WD Smith Construction did an excellent job coordinating the work and used top notch skilled sub-contractors for the various tasks (demo, reframing, plumbing, sheet rock, electrical, painting, cabinets, glass and tile). The end result is a true transformation. Project was completed very close to budget. Thank you all for a great job!

April 2016We are about to hire this company. We are doing a complete kitchen remodel and have met with with William who is knowledgeable and appears to be a great person to work wth. We used Scott & Nicole Tice to do our design and they work really close with William. We are excited to start.August 2016We hired W.D. Smith Construction and could me more pleased with the work and the finished product. William, the company's owner is one of the main st accommodating business men that I've had the honor of working with. His ultimate goal was for our happiness both during the renovation process and with the finished project. I will be the first to say that there are now perfect renovations because delays happen and expectations are often the hardest things to manage. However, we were give a 10 week timeline and although it seemed longer, the kitchen was finished very close to that deadline. This was despite unforeseen crisises that occurred. The crew that William assembled to do the work was top notch both professionally and in their craftsmanship. They respected our home and us as well.

William and his team were a delight to work with. William directed us to vendors with good pricing and quality products. The work was done to a high standard and every contractor cleaned up well before leaving every day. Communication was excellent with emails, texts and phone calls being returned promptly. Would highly recommend this company and would definitively use again.

William did a bathroom reno for me and I was so satisfied with his work that I've hired him again to reno my kitchen. William's best feature is that he is very responsive, returning calls and emails quickly and resolving all issued brought to his attention.

William Smith is a fantastic contractor. Always engaged in our project and very responsive to questions or issues that came up during the remodel he did for us. His employees and subcontractors were very professional and did fine work. When we have another remodeling project, he will be our choice. There are few honest, responsible contractors "out there" and he is one of them. The people who he referred us to for cabinets and tile/granite were also excellent. William also bought some of our materials and applied his contractor discount to us. Fantastic guy who does great work.

William Smith was wonderful to work with. He made sure every detail of the remodel was taken care of. We had a full remodel of our master bath and partial remodel of kitchen, 2nd bathroom and family room. He was also very good and keeping me updated on the details of the work. We are very pleased with the final product!
