Although I seem to attract demanding clients, Joe and the whole team at Walcraft stick with me. many changes in design, questions on specs, you name it I have had to go back to them for answers. Those answers are quick in coming, and most importantly, accurate. delivery is quick with great packaging. I love doing business with them, and so do my customers. Thank You!

Walcraft Cabinetry customer service was excellent; however, the fabuwood brand of cabinets that we bought from them were terrible. we had multiple issues that delayed our kitchen over 1.5 months and then one of the cabinets at the sink was not sealed properly and just a little water splash made the paint an wood bubble- they would not cover this as part of the warranty even thought the cabinet was not properly sealed. Another cabinet had holes in it the size of my finger that they claimed were part of the manufacturing process. Overall would recommend Walcraft, but WOULD NOT suggest using fabuwood.

I had a very good experience updating my condo kitchen cabinets from beginning to end with Walcraft Cabinetry. I would use them again and would recommend them to others. It was a small kitchen that the cabinets needed to be replaced. Looked at 5 options: Kitchen remodeling store near me, HomeDepot, Ikea, and 2 online (Walcraft Cabinetry, theRTAstore). Wanted something clean looking but not expensive. Christy provided a design and several iterations. I chose Walcraft Cabinetry because the price was good and the Fabuwoods brand had good reviews. Delivery had some issues but still ahead of my need date. Pre-assembled were done well. A couple of slide out drawers were not pre-assembled. Contractor didn’t know how to use some of the toe and wall filler parts. Should have installation guide or videos in the future. Some pictures below.

We ordered RTA cabinets because we were in a hurry. Cabinets arrived with just one or two minor issues (which were quickly and cheerfully remedied by WalCraft). My installer commented on the high-quality product (despite a pretty darn good price). Cabinets put together well and installed easily. I am very pleased with the value of the Skyline cabinet line that we ordered. I think we got more than our money's worth. Also, kudos to Christy and Michele for great design and follow-up customer service.

In March of this year, I had a leak in my kitchen. It was from a polybutylene tube that was behind my Fabuwood cabinets. The cabinets had to be removed, and they were damaged by what appeared to be a very slow leak over many months. My internet search netted several Fabuwood providers. Walcraft Cabinetry was the easiest to do business with. The staff at this company was very responsive to my questions to the point that they looked at photos of the cabinets that needed to be replaced and helped me order exactly what I needed. The follow up was excellent. I received status reports and instructions about how to receive the new cabinets. The cabinets were easy for my handyman to install. Additionally, a staff member checked in to make sure I was completely satisfied several times. I am more than satisfied with the product and the service provided (all of the contact was via internet or email, which I prefer).

Christy and Michelle both are excellent people and helped me put together my kitchen. Skyline cabinets are solid plywood and excellent product. Just went through a hurricane and looked at 7 companies to do cabinets and I choose Walcraft. Pricing, customer service, and easy to put together and install. They look great.

Ok, if you are looking for cabinets just go with Walcraft. Customer service is top notch and everyone I spoke with was super helpful and willing to go out of their way for us. We worked with Christy, who helped us design our kitchen for free, and was very responsive and available to meet to go over revisions or answer any questions. Quality of the cabinets was also great. We had a couple items come with damage and Walcraft was super fast to request additional replacements sent out quickly. In fact, we had the first set of cabinets within a week of ordering them. Crazy fast delivery (even though we aren’t super close to both distribution centers we used for the line of cabinet we used… USCD) They were very communicative through the whole process and not pushy at all. I’d use Walcraft over and over again for all my cabinet needs! Small business with a HUGE deliver on customer service and satisfaction! Go Walcraft!
