I highly recommend Virtue Construction. We worked with Moses Hahn and Virtue Construction for a two-phase remodel of our 1,764 square foot condo in Sunnyvale. We remodeled everything except the kitchen, which had already been updated: 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, flooring, trim, doors, lighting, etc. Everybody loves their contractor when everything goes to plan. The real measure of a great contractor comes through most when things don’t go as planned. We dealt with COVID supply chain issues and a surprise plumbing issue. Moses and his team proactively communicated any possible issues early in the process and had mitigation plans for everything. When things happened outside our control, they gave us a menu of ideas and options that would keep us within our budget. We were impressed with the construction team’s site cleanliness and their craftsmanship, especially with our trim work and cabinet installations. I’m a woodworker and know good work when I see it. Bottom line: I always trusted Moses and his team during the process and am impressed with their work. They delivered great value for the money and I recommend them to everyone I know who is considering a remodel.

I contacted Virtue Construction to redo my 1960s home and ended up hiring them for a bunch of other projects. Let me add that before we decided on Virtue we had two remodeling companies come over to give us an estimate but they never called us back. We had 2 of 3 bathrooms done by Virtue Construction. Moses sat with us as we picked out tiles, lights and other finishing items so there would be no issues and he couldn't have been more patient. He was very responsive and a great problem solver throughout the entire process, would definitely use them again!

My wife and I hired Moses from Virtue Construction to help us remodel our townhouse. Bottom-line they are the best from start to finish. The work has always been outstanding and on time, and Moses is responsive, polite, professional and very fair. I needed a kitchen and bath designer and reached out to them for their opinion and freely shared their experience and some of the concerns they had, and gave us insight how we might proceed. He worked tirelessly to make sure everything we ordered arrived on time and Virtue Construction is an amazing hands-on general contractor. If you want to do a remodel in the area, they are the ones to call. We talked to 6 different contractors and from the moment we met with Moses, we felt so comfortable with him and he saw the vision we had for the home and helped to make it even better.

I contacted Virtue Construction after a family friend recommended us and we are honored to say that it was great decision. We were getting overwhelmed by the complexities of building a custom kitchen designed. After speaking with Koby, we asked him if he could step in and take over the project. The crew were extremely clean and thorough throughout. It looks like a brand new bathroom! Fully involved in every step of installation including plumbing, electrical, dry wall, painting, custom stone and marble work, windows. We absolutely adore our new bathroom and would highly recommend Virtue Construction.

We essentially remodeled the complete downstairs level and a majority of the upstairs. This includes a total make over of my bathroom plus adding a shower over the bathtub. I couldn't have asked for a better crew to work in my home than Virtue Construction. The process has been slightly stressful as it is our first time doing a larger project, however they accomplished our vision and enjoyable to work with. We are so happy how the house turned out exactly as we wanted and it's much more functional now!

Virtue Construction’s work was exquisite, tasteful and impeccable. Our existing bathroom was essentially a complete teardown, so we had sourced three quotes. They came, did an assessment and walk through and had a quote to me within two days. The attention to detail Moses and his team gave my projects was excellent, not to mention that they were on budget. It’s one thing to have a vision of the changes that we wanted to make, and another to see it on a design but to actually see the guys working hard everyday and FINALLY seeing it coming together. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and reasonably priced contractor.

When we needed to replace a shower it was revealed a need for additional repairs and we requested several quotes. We decided that it was a good as time as any to gut and renovate our bathroom. Virtue Construction provided a very competitive quote which allowed for a complete remodel. I want to thank Moses for his outstanding customer service. After the job was completed we noticed an issue where a part from our valve manufacturer was defective and Moses went above and beyond to make sure that the part got replaced and installed properly and correctly, and that we were completely satisifed with the job. We will not hesitate to call on Moses again!

In 2020, I bought a notable mid century modern house that needed extensive renovation, especially the outdated kitchen. So when it came time to refurb our small kitchen, Virtue Construction were our first thought. We got other bids, but theirs was the best price and they listened to what we wanted. Virtue Construction met all of our needs. The kitchen I designed with Koby fit my house perfectly, is very high quality, and incorporated the best hardware. Their proposed designs were incredibly helpful as we determined new cabinet style and placement, where to cut the backsplash, etc. Found us great bells and whistles to turn our 35 year old kitchen into a contemporary gem! I wholeheartedly recommend Virtue Construction for anyone looking for a custom, complete work or remodeling project.

Virtue Construction completed three major projects for me: my master bath, kitchen and room addition. They gave great customer service, and created custom and beautiful designs like no other. Koby turned my old tub/shower combination into a functional, spacious walk in shower. I didn't have a final design in mind so Koby basically ended up designing the entire layouts and choosing many of the other remodel details. He explained every detail of what could be done and what might be a little tricky, and with our interests in mind. Through the transformation done to our home, it was very clear how much thought Koby put into his work. He made the entire process effortless. Thanks Virtue Construction!

We had an idea for this kitchen but are so glad we went with a friend’s recommendation to Virtue Construction. Scheduling and communication was incredible and Virtue Construction team was always on top of the details. Moses was the man in charge of the implementation and on site supervision. During the build Moses made sure the placement of everything worked & came up with ideas that would enhance the area. He has a great eye for floor planning, and was able to guide us into a remodel of our new layout that we otherwise could not have envisioned. Our kitchen turned out beautiful and will definitely have Virtue Construction back for any future work.

A couple months ago I finally decided to remodel the master bedroom and bathroom, which I had been putting off for a while. I started my research and asked around, looking up everything I could to find someone honest and reliable. I was referred to Virtue Construction so I called for an estimate and Koby was very personable and customer service oriented. They were attentive and understood the vision I had in mind. The whole thing was gutted down to the walls and the team did an excellent job remodeling both my bedroom and master bathroom and adding a stream shower. From the countertops to the shelving, everything came together so coherently and beautifully. Koby has a good eye for making the entire job look unified and well-planned. They made sure to let us know when and if there were slight changes needed to be made aside from the ones we discussed. I am overall very happy with my service and would recommend them to anyone in the area!

We remodeled our two bathrooms with Virtue Construction. They do super high quality work and our experience with the project has been fantastic. Moses answered all our questions and always responded promptly. Really I'd give them 6 stars. Call them and get a quote. It's worth it!

My kitchen renovation started a week before the shutdown in March, 2020. Since having a kitchen was essential, Virtue Construction was able to continue working. This was the best renovation experience I have had. I have gone through two other renovations with different contractors. Moses was easy to work with. He helped me pick out materials (floor tile, countertops, backsplash). David and his helpers did really nice work. In spite of the pandemic, the outcome was a good one. I'm really happy with my new kitchen. It is a pleasure to be in there. The name of the company fits them.

I've remodeled two bathrooms in less than a year using Virtue Construction, and the bathrooms are STUNNING! There are three reasons why I recommend this company: *The team is professional, reliable, honest and offers valuable suggestions. *In the way of costs, Virtue Construction is in the middle, but the results are high-quality. If there are potential challenges, they come to the table with cost-effective solutions. If they need to adjust things, they do it with no fuss. *You don't have to babysit. These guys get the job done right. They care about what they do, stay on schedule, and if there are minor delays, they let you know and come to the table with a back-up schedule. I plan to use Virtue Construction again for my third bathroom.

I had hired Virtue Construction for a window replacement project (2 Windows and 2 Patio Doors) for my townhouse. I contacted a couple of contractors for this project and finally chose Virtue Construction. What stood out was that Koby is sincere and honest with his pricing and work. He gave me a true reason as to whether the project I was asking him to complete really increased the value of my home. He was less of a contractor and more of a family home construction advisor. He wasn't just blindly accepting the project as-is for the sake of doing business. He actually spent a considerable amount of time with us to see how this project can help us improve our home and also increase the value of our home. This really made him stand-out from the rest of the contractors. I'd definitely recommend Virtue Construction for any projects and would choose the same company again for my future projects.

Great job and the price a reasonable. They are very honest people. They would tell you the amount beforehand and it would come out same amount at the end as they promised. (If some of the works they need to charge more like buying different materials or change, they would ask you first before with your confirmation) They would never cheat on you after the job done such as charge you extra tons of money. The paint job done very professional. Although a there’s a little delay on the job, I’m still satisfied on all of the new change. Highly recommended !!!!!

Kitchen Remodel Me and my husband bought a house in Fremont it has a 2nd story and we decided to expand our kitchen and remove two load bearing walls. We heard of Moses with Virtue construction from a friend so we reached out and contacted him, he gave us a fair estimate and worked with us on what we wanted and what was possible. They started Demo and completed the job within 2 months Was very happy with the results and would recommend Virtue Construction to anyone.

I worked with Koby and Moses of Virtue Construction to do a complete remodel of two bathrooms in my house and they were a pleasure to work with and provided great results at a reasonable price. They guided me through the entire process from design, permitting, and construction making sure that everything is clear and exactly what I want. Even though there were a few roadbumps along the way (what major project doesn't have roadbumps?), they are always willing to make things right. They were always looking out for my best interests which is hard to find. Both bathrooms were completed and look fantastic.

Before we met Mr. Koby Hay for our house rebuild, we had some concerns. First, we were concerned that a contractor might be hard to be found after a large percentage of payment had been made. Second, we were concerned that the cost might jump significantly higher at the end of the project. We heard that it is a headache to deal with contractors. After we have worked with Koby for several months, our house rebuild has been completed and the above concerns did not happen. When we need Koby for our needs and concerns during construction, he was always responsive by answering the phone or by calling us back. When there were some misunderstandings between us and Koby, the misunderstandings were always settled satisfactorily by communications with Koby. Also, the final cost of the project remains the same as originally quoted. In general, we are happy with the construction work managed by Koby. Koby is a hard-working young man full of enthusiasm in house remodel and construction. We wish him a bright future. Alex

Virtue did a fantastic job with my bathroom. Great attention to detail, and extremely reasonable when the inevitable unknowns pop up. Whether your biggest concern is price, speed, or perfection, they'll explain your options and let you decide, or you can just leave it in their capable hands.

Koby Hey and Virtue Construction remodeled my kitchen about 2 years ago. They did an excellent job. They removed the old counter tops, and flooring and installed new granite counter tops, back splash, and tile flooring. Using their contractor pricing, we were able to select the granite and flooring tiles at great prices (i.e. NOT Home Depot). During the project Koby insured that everything was performed to our satisfaction. I highly recommend this company.

I used Virtue to redo my guest bathroom. It involved a full tear out and rebuild of the floors, tub/shower, vanity, and toilet. All the light fixtures were replaced as well. They were professional from the quote to when the job was finished. They were on time for appointments and completed the job on time as promised. I thought this company was nothing but professional, honest, and provided what they said they would provide. I highly recommend Virtue Construction.
