We have used Twin Oaks for normal maintenance, but also for large projects such as landscaping, sprinkler renovation, and drainage issues we had. They have always done an outstanding job and they are completely reliable. They show up when they say they will and get the job done on time and correctly. We have used them for 5 or more years and continue to be satisfied with them. With Twin Oaks, we just don't worry. Things are taken care of.

Our sump pump was running nonstop. Chris and Twin Oaks gave a very competitive, prompt, and professional quote. Work on the project was done efficiently and to my satisfaction. They cleaned up the job site and gave instructions for any follow up issues or questions. I would definitely use Twin Oaks again.

The services that Twin Oaks provides have been very good over the past 4 years. They are very good in providing all aspects of the outside of the home process. We have used them to fertilize, spring and fall clean up and mowing of the lawn and turning on the sprinklers on and off. They have also done our backyard landscaping and brick pavers which were very good. They are higher priced but have done a great job.

I have been a client of Twin Oaks for more than 15 years. My experience with their work has always been excellent. They have constructed my retaining wall, done landscaping, installed and maintain my sprinkling system, and also maintain my trees and shrubs. There employees are very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. I have an annual contract with Twin Oaks, so there is no specific project to refer to.

We are are completely and totally satisfied with the way that our landscaping project turned out. Fred and his guy's were very professional and knowledgeable and polite. They kept all the supplies neat and organized through out the process and kept me and my family informed every step of the way. They meet or exceeded all our expectations on every step of the process, even with the extra difficult weed removal they pushed through and gave us the perfect results. Just as last time your team made it an easy and enjoyable landscape experience, and that's why you earned our repeat business!

I hired this company for three major projects during 2011, 2012 and 2013, Including two drainage installations and one sealing of cracks of basement wall. I am pleased with the result of all three projects. The staffs I worked with were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They will explain the detail about how to fix the problem. They met the deadlines.

Twin Oaks performed a drainage project for us where they connected our sump pump and downspouts to a pipe which ran from the backyard to the front yard and discharged into a rock bed preceding the curb. They did an outstanding, extremely thorough, professional job and the project was a HUGE success. I never thought our backyard would ever be usable again before they started, but now it's just great - very dry and functional. Anazing work by an incredibly competent company. Bravo!

Love all the crew members at Twin Oaks! They are always on time, always professional, do exactly what they quoted and listen to all my thoughts and concerns. I have called them for several jobs and referred them to neighbors!! I can not say enough good things!

We contacted Twin Oaks since they service our neighbors yard and we got to know them when we are both out in our respective yards. Twin Oaks was very honest and on top of doing what they say they'll do (ie proposal was on time, they showed up on time, etc). We had some issues with our drainage and sump pump and they took care of it - our sump pump isn't running constantly anymore! They left the yard in good condition, everything was cleaned up and the yard is looking good! Thanks for the diligent and thorough hard work : ) There are 2 "before" photos with black tubing/drain and 2 "after" photos below with white drain and hay.

We have used Twin Oaks for all our yard care for many years. We have contracted them for our snow removal as well as total care including weekly mowing, trimming and edging, flower bed weeding, tree and shrub trimming and pruning, mulching, spring and fall clean-up and irrigation system care. Everyone we've ever dealt with has been professional: reliable, knowledgeable, courteous, responsive...everything you'd expect from a well-run business. We have also hired Twin Oaks to install a sump pump drainage system and remove some tree roots from under our sidewalk. I would recommend Twin Oaks without hesitation to anyone.
