Tray and his team built us a beautiful home and they made the entire process as easy as possible. From the time we had our first meeting with Tray and Brett until we closed they allowed us to be as involved as we wanted to be. We really enjoyed working with his entire team! And any minor repairs we've needed since we moved in are fixed that day or the next if we notify them too late in the day. We don't ever plan to live anywhere else but if we do we hope it is a McCune home.

Choosing Tray McCune Homes as our builder was the very best decision we made!! Tray and his staff were easy to work with and were highly knowledgeable and professional. The project was finished right on budget and ahead of schedule!! They were very attentive to our requests and went the extra mile to provide a high quality, beautiful home. We would choose them again and can recommend them without reservation.

Tray built us a great home. Easy to work with and willing to work through problems. I won't build another home, but if I did I'd use Tray.

Tray McCune built our custom home. He was easy and fun to work with. Whatever we wanted to do, he was never afraid to accomdate our ideas. McCune homes process is transparent. The budget was very detailed and easy to follow, and we were able to make changes . At the end we stayed within the budget. Today we really enjoy living in our new home!!

We hired Tray McCune homes to build a custom home for us on acreage outside of town. This is the 4th home my husband and I have built (the first in Stillwater) and this was the easiest and most enjoyable experience we have gone through. Tray is a man of his word and he will do what he says, or he will make it right. He has a professional group of subcontractors that do exceptional work. They came in ahead of schedule and right on budget. I highly recommend Tray and his team!

Before starting on building our dream home project, i have actually had Tray McCune Homes renovated my previous home couple years ago . It was a beautiful kitchen and master bathroom renovation which impressed me and through that project i have learnt that Tray is the person i could trust to have my next dream home built. And after close to eleven months of constructions and all the final details process, my dream house finally came together and i could only say it meets my expectations and better. Tray has his brother Ty as project manager and the whole team are just the great people who are not only know what they are doing but at the same time they are willing to listen to us as what a homeowner wants. To sum it all, I am thankful to have found Tray's team to build my home. Both me and my wife have enjoyed the whole process and we both agree these people are trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable and perfectionists in all the little details just like we are and most importantly, there is no cut corners and the quality is excellent.

When we first met Tray at a home and garden show we were impressed by his kindness, not to mention his humor, evident in his "I have a 0% divorce rate on all the homes I've built" comment. Well, that number holds true. Tray was immensely helpful, and more importantly patient with my wife and I as this was our first home to build. From design to completion, Tray offered encouragement, insight, and did I say patience? His calm demeanor helped minimize our stress and his regular assurance and confidence not only his his work but the many contractors he works with, made it a relatively painless process. We are beyond thrilled with our new home and would not hesitate to recommend him and his team to anyone thinking about building a home.

We picked Tray as our builder after talking to several local builders. We were impressed by his professionalism and his enthusiasm. We are happy that we made the right decision. Building a house for the first time, we were absolute novice and had to learn everything. Tray helped us from the very beginning of designing the house. We can always talk to him whenever we have a question. He is patient and willing to spend time answering all kinds of questions we have. We made many changes to the plan along the way. Tray managed to accommodate every of our requests as long as they were feasible. The construction process took more time than expected (mainly due to the abnormal excess raining). There were instances of uncertainty and anxiety. We were thankful to Tray for his continuous coolness and excellent management skills. Having moved into the house for six months, we are very satisfied with the wonderful job that Tray and his team has done. We really enjoyed everything of the house that we visioned almost two years ago. We would recommend Tray to anyone who wants a reliable, honest, and skillful builder.

We started the planning phase of our home approximately 1.5 years before we ever broke ground. Our search included a personal meeting with 6 different contractors and we decided to request a price estimate from four of them. After meeting with Tray during our first budget meeting it was clear he was the first person we wanted to hire. His attention to detail with the budget and project book giving examples of every method and finish quoted was by far more detailed than anything we received from any other contractor. We met several times over the 1.5 years and he even modified the budget two other times based on revisions to the home. After seeing how much time is involved in getting quotes from the subcontractors, I realized this was a real commitment on Tray’s part with the time involved and we were still months away from signing a contract and breaking ground. Once the project started it was clear the subcontractors were all top notch professionals and performed very quality work. Several of them gave me their cell phone numbers and said to give them a call if we ever have any problems. We had a few minor issues after we moved in, but every subcontractor gave us same day service on getting back out to fix the problem. During the build I met with Tray at least on a weekly basis and he always gave the time I needed to get my questions answered. The budget was very important to us, and thanks to the attention to detail Tray put into our initial budget, we were less than 5% over on the final bill and that was all related to us changing a few finishes during construction. We are very satisfied with Tray and his team’s services and would recommend them to anybody looking to build! Our home is truly our dream home, and we cannot thank Tray and his team enough for making it a truly pleasurable experience. The Stejskal Family
