After receiving estimates for several thousands of dollars to remodel our dated honey oak staircase, I found Coastal Carolina Wood Products. We decided to hire a painter and order the Red Oak Dusk Retro Stair Treads. The service received was outstanding!!! Danielle assisted me with my order and everything arrived as promised. What I love most about these treads is that they are not slippery; our dog has no problems going up and down the staircase and does so with ease. What a great experience working with Coastal Carolina stair treads. They have so many colors to choose from, they even color matched our existing flooring to match our treads. Beautiful finished product, easy to install ourselves too! They have a great quality wood product that hold up well. I have cats and dogs and the treads hold up really well with their nails.

This is a great product, beautiful I ordered treads and a handrail. They shipped quickly and were perfect for my home.

I replaced a closed tread carpeted staircase in our condo with the retro treads. The result was a total transformation. I ran into a small issue in that my existing plywood treads were .25” deeper than the tread. I ended up routering .25” off under the bullnose of each tread to ensure a tight fit. I was impressed with the quality of the wood and it looks great.

They have beautiful products and great customer service!!! We are using their stair treads to replace carpet on our back stairs. The wood is just beautiful, I can't wait until it is done.

I am a custom carpentry and building contractor in Richmond, Va. A customer of mine had found Coastal Carolina Wood Products online and requested I use them as my supplier for a carpet removal and new oak stair treads, risers, and flooring. I usually don't by lumber online because I like to hand pick all of my lumber myself but agreed to take the contract. I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality material, the woodworking involved and the finish. The service was also outstanding and friendly. I just had our stairs redone from carpeting to hard wood. It was a complex job because they basically needed to be rebuilt in order to do the job. Tamzen and her crew came in yesterday and did an absolutely fanomial job from start to finish. We are so very pleased with their work, how they cleaned up after themselves, they were very friendly and pleasant to have around all day!! Could not be happier, and I would highly, highly recommend them.

Coastal Carolina Wood Products updated my 29 year old squeaky staircase with brand new steps and risers. Plus, they replaced a poorly designed handrail with a beautiful and better functioning bannister rail. I am very pleased with the dedication the carpenters showed as they painstakingly made sure each step and riser were perfectly placed. Tamzen O'Donnell is a true professional as she coordinated the entire process of making sure the products arrived on time and contacted the carpenters who showed up right on time.
