Todd Whiting - Realtor

Great experience with Todd!! He was upfront with the whole process and gave us all the inputs we needed for making a good investment. He prompt and on time for all the appointment and went above and beyond what we would have ever needed from a realtor.

Todd is an excellent Realtor! He has sold 2 houses for us in less then 30 days both times. He has also help us purchase 3 wonderful houses as our family has grown. We have referred him to both friends and family and they were just as happy with him as we have been. He does a great job putting things into perspective and also listens to your needs and wants.

Our very first appointment with Todd, we told him what type of house, land and prices we were looking for. He then was in constant contact with us, and found exactly what we wanted. He set up times for us to meet with the builders, to look at different properties, and then set up a meeting date for us to negotiate with the builders...Todd truly " went to bat" for us. This was the first house we have purchased, and didn't know how things worked. Todd took the time to explain the process to us and answer all our questions and concerns until until we understood them. He went with us to sign the final papers and then handed us the keys. Since then, Todd has been in contact with us. He still says, if there is any issue, problem or concern, all we have to do is call. We were very pleased with the assistance we received from Todd, who was there side by side with us from beginning to the end....and then some.

Todd was our real estate agent when we moved to Rochester. We had met him before when he helped our daughter purchase a condo and a house. We hadn't bought a home in almost 40 years so we were a little nervous about not only the prospect of buying but also moving to a new town. Todd became very aware of our wants and needs, even if at times we weren't. Todd called back when he promised! He was always there when we had questions about submitting paperwork online, contracts wording, about the housing market and safety issues in the neighborhood we were looking at buying a home. Todd got us the information we needed when we asked about whom to contact for home inspection, radon testing, hooking up utilities, etc. Todd was polite and courteous to us, the people whose homes we toured and relaid our requests to the sellers. One of the things I appreciated most about dealing with Todd was when we went into closing he had the exact amount owed and there were NO surprises! We TRUST Todd and would highly recommend him.
