Timeless Design, Kitchen and Bath

Michael did a complete remodel of my kitchen. I had many issues... 1. He helped me pick out a counter top that was limestone and unsuitable for a kitchen because it doesn’t hold up to citrus juice, oils, vinegar - items very common in a kitchen. His was surprised when he saw 3 days after installation that they were etching. He resealed once which lasted another 3 days. After that he just said I would have to reseal them myself. Resealing is a difficult and time consuming job and not realistic to have to do weekly. I will need to have new counters installed all at my expense. There were several other serious issues which Mike would not put right. Not the least of which the screens didn’t fit the custom windows. He was supposed to get me new ones but never did. The last time I saw him I paid him all but $2000 of what I owed him. I guess he figured he had more than $2000 worth of work so he just never came back and won’t answer my texts. I would not recommend.

This was our first major remodel project, and it went incredibly smoothly. Mike was excellent at listening to our ideas and issues with the existing kitchen, and designing an upgrade for us that retained what we loved and added new functionality and grace to our kitchen. Given how disruptive a kitchen remodel can be, it was a very good experience -- the team was professional and thorough and were easy to work with. Additionally, Mike and his team were even more obsessed details than we were. Finally, Mike as the designer was very good at guiding our design choices to keep us from wandering off into the weeds, but still give us maximum freedom to make our own choices. Thumbs up -- would hire again without question.

Mike with Timeless Design Kitchen and Bath, was so wonderful to work with! His personal service all the way from design to install and attention to detail was superb! I had some "out of the norm" design ideas and took them and created my dream kitchen! I would recommend Mike to anyone!
