Bentley Tibbs is a gentleman and a consummate professional Architect. He showed a keen knowledge of architecture and a great desire to meet the needs of his client. His work is of the highest quality and demanded the same our contractor. Our contractor regularly described him as “very client oriented.” Ours was a big project renovating an approximately 6000 sq ft ‘graceful old lady’ of a condominium apartment in a Dallas’ in “high rise.“ This renovation was done while I lived out of town and commuted in regularly. Mr. Tibbs was our eyes and ears, acting as our advocate with the contractor, helping to choose all materials, problem solving when design and other issues came up and generally running interference throughout the project. This included helping to keep contractors on time and target and helping to bring the project to a close. His fees never changed even as the project changed in a number of ways. He was involved in all aspects of the project working closely with contractors and some subcontractors to make implement our joint vision of the project. We could not have had a better architect on the project and on top of that he is just a lovely human being. He was always very pleasant to work with. He is definitely a keeper as a friend.
