We hired Tom when we bought our home in Bonita Springs in 2014. We knew he was our guy when we first met him...professional, creative, knowledgeable, honest, pleasant, always smiling and a very good listener to our vision for our home. Tom worked very well with us and our designer to get it right the first time. His team of professional craftsmen made the vision a reality... maintained a safe and clean environment while doing excellent, quality work. My wife and I decided to upgrade our Beachhouse. We wanted new light fixtures, fireplace, paint, and other minor renovations. Primarily we wanted someone we can trust during the summer months while we returned to our northern home. Thomas Lawrence did everything we asked while using our decorator. The quality of his work is clearly evident and his knowledge of building codes and local subcontractors made the job run smoothly, given some of the complexities of this job. Success required close coordination with our architect, structural engineer, and kitchen design firm to address several unique requirements, including the precise fitting of custom-made European cabinetry around a large new picture window and completely re-working the existing floor plan. We purchased an older home that needed to be fully remolded and although we were up for the undertaking we knew we needed to find a contractor who would not only be patient with us but who could bring our vision to life. Tom ended up being the perfect fit for our project. He was extremely communicative throughout the process, our job site was always clean and well managed and all of his work was top notch.
