Review Update: This business was eager to set up an appointment and very attentive in the early stages. However, I’ve had to chase them down from the 4 hour late arrival to complete the job and every request thereafter. Less than impressed.

I am sorry we were not able to repair more of your shutters after our initial visit. The damage was more extensive than expected. I did refer you to the Shutter Dr. who would be a better fit for your needs. We try to help when we can but we are not a shutter repair company and that is what you need.
