Do not hire this company. We had a major renovation to our backyard and had to fire Mike before the project was completed. They used unskilled labor, and the work was shoddy. Mike is a smooth talker, but don’t be fooled by his charm. He is a snake in sheep’s clothing!

Despite owner Mike Linns being hit with some uncontrollable issues that increased the proposed time for my projects, the resulting finished projects are beautiful. The workmanship of his crews is excellent, the people involved in the projects were professional and personable. They completed a patio and large backyard. Pavers used for the patio, the path along the side of my home and a double wide driveway. They also completely redid my large front yard with shells and plants. I would strongly recommend Mike Linn and Terra Nova to anyone interested in a professionally well-done job.

Never completed the job. All employees were clueless to what they were doing. Cleaned & sealed tile paver's that are now loose and dangerous to walk on.

Laurie VanBrocklin

I had a blank slate in my backyard and Mike helped me to design and turn it into a beautiful oasis. I now have this serene place to to chill and relax. Mike and his crew were great to work with, always onsite when they were suppose to be and did meticulous work. Even after the job was complete, he still came by to handle any minor issues with the landscaping. All in all, a great job. You can see photos of the work the patio with pergola and fireplace and landscaping in his gallery of projects.

We found Terra Nova at the St. Pete home show while looking for a remodel contractor to put travertine on our pool deck/spa. Mike followed up immediately and had great communication... which immediately set him apart from the others I asked to quote the job. He was easy to work with and got the project going quickly. No big job goes exactly to plan, and when unanticipated issues come up Mike will tell you like it is and work through it with you as you'd expect from a professional. His team showed great pride in their work and constantly sought our input to make sure we were happy. The end results exceeded our expectations.

We hired Terra Nova Outdoor Living to build a deck between our home and our guest house and it turned out great! It is exactly what we wanted and we love it. Mike really took the time to listen to what we wanted and then based on our conversations created the plan for the deck. As construction progressed there were certain design decisions that had to be made and Mike helped guide us through on what would look and function best.

I hired Mike to do this project. I VERY Highly recommend him. He is very professional. He did pavers for my cicular driveway, my rear patio and by my rear back door. This was a big job. It involved removing the old driveway, cement near the house and in the back and side. He also removed big roots and stumps from 2 large trees. The job was completed in 3 and 1/2 days all cleaned up nicely. He even did my front entrance and rear entrance steps and all for $20,000. The pavers make my home spook much better and it would have cost me the same for cement. Thank you so much to Mike and his team. Gordon Baird Clearwater FL

The morning after a hurricane knocked down a large tree and was laying across the half the road Mike showed up unannounced with two chainsaws and donated his time to help get the road clear. A few days later his crew came out and quickly removed the rest of the tree including the stump.
