My husband and I hired Rob and team to build a 16x18 building (inclusive of electrical, an AC unit, roll-up garage door, & vaulted ceiling w/ wood beams) in our side yard, which we use as a home gym. From start to finish, Rob and crew were fantastic. They not only kept to the project timeline (in spite of the February ice storm), but they were also consistently on time, kept the workspace clean at the end of each day, were communicative, and delivered an extremely high quality structure that we are so happy with. In addition to the excellent work of the project, Rob himself was truly great to work with. He was patient with all of our questions (and with some modifications along the way), he and his wife offered extremely valuable design input, they were kind, ethical, and exactly the kind of people you want working around your home. We felt instantly comfortable with them and will absolutely enlist their help again for future home renovation projects.

Rob Knight did a complete remodel on my home including texturizing my walls, all new paint, new baseboards, new shower install, new backsplashes, sink and fixture installation and exterior house paint. Took an average looking tract home and made it look like a beautiful custom home. Really fine craftsmanship for a fair price and in a timely fashion. I can highly recommend without any apprehension.

Rob took our upstairs flex room and turned it into a functional and elegant suite. We couldn't be happier with the results. We were able to gain square footage and expertly leverage the space with Rob's guidance. He and his team were total professionals. Where other companies suggested very costly improvements, Rob listened to us and helped us create our vision and stay within our budget. A huge shout out to his wife, Robin, who has an eye for design. She helped us pick colors that are timeless as our family grows. What a wonderful surprise and bonus by working with Rob and his team to get not only quality results, but some design support as well :-) We will definitely be using Rob again and have already referred him to numerous friends.

Our entire master suite (bedroom/closet/bathroom/laundry room) suffered water damage and needed to be redone. I searched and searched for the right contractor and when I meant Rob Knight, I knew he was someone I could trust. For 8 weeks straight, Monday-Friday, him and his crew worked tirelessly to make our vision come to life, always showing up on time and making sure to clean-up every night before they left. There was not a task that they were not willing to take on. They were extremely professional, and at points I wondered if they ever stopped to take a break. They turned our dated master bathroom into a modern oasis, complete with a walk-in rain shower. They custom built shelving in our master closet and created a layout that suited our needs. In our master bedroom, they transformed our dated accent wall and turned it into a piece of art. I gave them a photo of what I wanted on the wall, and within a week they executed exactly what I wanted. Additionally, they custom built an entertainment center/dresser combination in our bedroom, making sure to only use the best materials. Rob was extremely timely and upfront about costs and options throughout the entire project. One of my favorite things about working with Rob and his team, is if you don’t like something from the smallest detail to the largest, they are so understanding and will fix it till you are satisfied. I look forward to using Knight Residential for future projects.

Rob Knight and his entire team remodeled our whole house. They were here when they said they'd be here, the work was first rate, and we couldn't be more pleased with the entire project. We loved that Knight Residential could tackle almost any problem without having to wait on additional subcontractors.

Rob has done everything for us,carpentry plumbing, electrical, construction, problem solving complicated issues and for- fun-renovations. He is trustworthy, fast, diligent and talented. You can trust him with your project, big or small. Smart and cost conscious. We have never been dissatisfied.

Rob completed a number of projects for us last fall: kitchen remodel (cabinet refinishing, new counter tops and sink), roof replacement, new windows, outside siding and painting and a number of other small repairs. We were pleased with Rob's ability to listen to what we wanted and present us with options that were well within our budget. What we liked most was that Rob has experience in a lot of areas so we didn't have to get several contractors for all the projects. We would definitely request his services again if another project comes along.

Couldn't be happier with the work Rob and his helper did. They were very courteous, clean, and respectful of our home. Rob listened to what I wanted and suggested changes without effecting my original vision. Would very comfortably recommed him and hope to use him again.

Rob recently remodeled a small bathroom for us and re-tiled our kitchen and installed new backsplash and installed a new front door and glass storm doors. All work was completed on schedule and right on budget. Ron is trustworthy, honest and does great work! I highly recommend him if you need any remodeling work done, or if you have a smaller job. He is a craftsman and you will be glad you contacted Rob!

Rob completely transformed my home from a 1980's throwback to an updated rustic farmhouse. He gave me my dream home in a tight budget. He knows ways to save money but still get the look you are going for. He and his team were professional, courteous, and fast. They did their best to clean along the way which allowed us to stay here during the reno. I have recommended him to several people who went crazy over the pictures of my new home. I cannot thank Rob and his team enough for what they did for us. What a blessing he has been to our family.

Honest/trustworthy and good quality workmanship. Wide breadth or knowledge in many areas of remodeling and construction. He did a great job on our kitchen and living room remodel, including tearing out walls, re-texturing the walls before painting, putting in cabinets, hanging doors, installing flooring, putting up shiplap, etc.
