TZS Design

We worked with Tandem on a few projects one being a luxury condo remodel in downtown Chicago. Tandem was extremely detail orientated, organized and truly cared about the project. The work performed was high-quality and well crafted. Communication was also excellent during the entire course of the project which was crucial because the client did not live in Chicago. We found Tandem to be an excellent contractor and look forward to working with them on the next project and referring them to our clients. Thanks Tandem!

Commented: Is the stone a stone veneer?Unfortunately I don't know the name of the stone, the secret is to pick the lightest stone you can find and have the Mason use white sand when they mix the mortar (still use typical portland mix).

Commented: I really liked the black paint on the handrail.This handrail and post were painted (not stained) and then had polyurethane applied on top for wear.

Commented: About how much did this project cost?It was an existing pool so our work consisted of resurfacing the patio, building the Ipe stairs, installing lights, adding a fountain, building a trellis feature... so the cost of the project wouldn't...
