We cannot recommend SEP Design highly enough and thank Svetlana very much for her professional, patient, friendly attitude and expert advice and very hard work in creating for us a perfect architect plan which was accepted by our council. We found Svetlana to be a very good listener who did not forget to plan for even our tiniest wishes and requirements, she spared no time in making sure we were perfectly happy and updated us at every step of the process from start to finish, explaining each step as we went along. No questions were unanswered, and even the 20th modification we thought of were done happily and straight away on the plans. Svetlana also engaged us with Building Control, explained absolutely everything we need to know, engaged on multiple occasions with external parties needed for parts of the modifications we wished for. We are now in the building phase of our large extension and home modification project and the plans drawn up by Svetlana work perfectly.
