I was referred to Superior Remodeling by a friend after experiencing no-shows, lack of follow through and missed pertinent details from design companies. During our very first meeting, I showed Rocco an idea of what I had in mind. He took measurements, we had a conversation about likes and dislikes, and within a couple of days I had a photo concept in my email. I remember opening it and my jaw dropped. Literally. He listened! He took a conversation that I did not articulate very well and put it into a beautiful design. The entire project was seamless. It was completed on time, within scope, and the outcome was amazing. Rocco’s patience, consultative direction, creativity, eye for detail, project management, skills, coordination of schedules and commitment to “doing it right“ shows in the end result. We are very pleased with our new kitchen . We thought that all of Rocco's sub-contractors were first-rate. Brian his cabinet man, Mike who did the back splash and the team who worked on our wood floors were all master craftsmen/artists. Rocco was always there when the subcontractors started work and made sure they knew what to do. He definitely knows his business! We also appreciated from Rocco on down that everyone was friendly and enjoyable to work with. We would trust him with any remodeling job.

My kitchen remodel is fabulous. It's a very important space in the home and I love the new granite counters and the new cabinets. The huge stainless steel sink is a great improvement. The contractors were friendly and did excellent work. The only slightly negative feedback I can give is that the project took longer than I anticipated.

I interviewed five contractors for my remodeling project and knew right away that Rocco Ashraf was far and away superior to the others I had interviewed. He was extremely knowledgeable, listened carefully, and was very responsive, offering great, innovative ideas for achieving what we wanted in our home. Superior Remodeling recently remodeled my guest and master baths. From the initial consultation to the finished product, I have been very pleased. Rocco has done two major remodeling jobs for us including a recent master bathroom remodel that is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. All of the individual trade contractors at Superior are master craftsmen. I call them the "magicians". Rocco is thorough, patient and makes suggestions that we would not think of to improve the overall results. He works to make each project the best it can be. We can't say enough about Rocco and his team and will be calling on him again for our future projects.

We utilized Superior Remodeling to remodel/update our kitchen plus most of our downstairs living area. From beginning to end Rocco and his team – did an outstanding job. To start the job – Rocco showed up at our home – was patient – listened to what we wanted – recommended some great ideas we hadn’t considered – and shortly followed with an email and follow-up phone call to discuss the estimate. Although we obtained multiple estimates – Superior Remodeling’s attention to detail during the estimate phase – made it very easy to make a final choice on contractors for our kitchen remodel. Throughout the process – I spoke to Rocco on nearly a daily basis to discuss options, recommendations, and any general updates on the progress of the job. If something went wrong – which happened rarely – but is a kitchen remodel and it is just part of the process – Superior Remodeling always worked to repair or make it right. In the end – I could not be happier or more proud with the final product. My husband and I use our kitchen area more than any other part of our home now – and I am very thankful to Superior Remodeling for bringing new, beautiful life to our home. Coordinated with other contractors well and managed the permit process with the town. Great vision and suggestions to meet our goals for the room.
