The product was delivered in a timely manner, delivered and installed very quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their window coverings. They also have a better price then the competition.

We had the kitchen, 2 bedrooms and full basement outfitted with these blinds and I am thrilled with them, They look beautiful and very high end but were very reasonably priced. Clear, concise information as to types of shades and price. When rep came by they were informative about their different products and what might work for our situation. No pressure to buy; promised to send Estimate within a day or 2 and they did. Once order was placed it was easy to arrange down-payment on the Internet and not have to write check/go to bank. When order arrived there was a small pinhole in one blind which they ordered a new one right away; hung the damaged one and when new blind came they promptly replaced it. Very nice and easy to deal with. Installers were neat and tidy and wore their "booties" and cleaned up and removed all packaging. Good job !

Stuart and Gracie from Made in the Shade were great to work with. The measuring and quoting were done quickly and accurately and at a time of day that was most convenient for our family. They had the product line up that was needed to seamlessly match the other existing blinds in our Strata complex. The order actually arrived earlier than was predicted, which was fantastic for us. Our blinds were installed in very short order. Stuart himself came to do them on a Saturday even! There was minimal clean-up and virtually no disruption to our household. My husband arranged for Made in the Shade Blinds to come to our home and measure the living room for blinds as a surprise Christmas present for me. Mr. Anderson came to the house on Saturday morning and quickly took all necessary measurements. Then came the fun of choosing fabric, vinyl or wood, and also the colour and/or texture. Mr. Anderson (Stuart by now) was polite, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. We were advised that as Christmas was so close and the blinds had to be ordered that it would likely be after Christmas before the installation would take place, but, due to a quick order turnaround and an evening appointment, the blinds were installed prior to the holidays! We are now looking at having additional blinds done by this company.
