Steven Joseph did a wonderful job designing our remodeled attic, deck with screened in porch and our elevator. Steven was very easy to work with, was very thorough and delivered very detailed plans. He perfectly placed the elevator and it has been a wonderful enhancement to our home. I highly recommend Steven Joseph!!

Steven Joseph is a talented and experienced design professional and a pleasure to work with. he has experience in building so when he designs something it is much easier for me, a contractor, to build it than it is with some design folks.

Steven helped us develop our basic floor plans into a beautifully designed house. He was easy to work with, very professional but easygoing. His creative input helped to turn our ideas into reality - and we ended up with a house even better than we'd imagined. After two years in it there's nothing I'd change.

We worked with Steven on designing and building a screened-in porch/gym addition on our sixties built home. In every step of the process we found Steven a reliable valuable partner. He had great ideas but was not married to them when we had a difference of opinion. We found him easy to work with, the work done on time and within the agreed price. Working with Steven was such a good experience we have recommended him to two of our friends who have also had great experiences. We look forward to working with him on our next building project.

We had a great experience working with Steven. He designed an addition for us and tied it in seamlessly with the existing architecture. You can't tell it's an addition. It blends in so perfectly. Our builder was happy with the plans as well because they included all the information he needed for construction.

Steven designed and remodeled the kitchen/dining room area of our main house and then designed and built a 750 square foot cottage in our back yard. We love his work and really enjoyed working with Steven as both an architect and a builder. He communicated clearly and spent time with us up-front to make sure he understood the many ways we wanted to use the space. His experience as a builder makes him particularly good at anticipating cost challenges and finding workable design solutions. He was timely, professional and creative. We'd recommend him to anyone and will definitely use him again when we get the opportunity.

We hired Steven to draw up a plan for a front porch addition to our house, also including moving an existing outdoor landing inside and redesigning two interior walls. We are thrilled with the result which gives us everything we asked for and is also really eye-catching. Steven was a pleasure to work with and has been very kind in helping us get the project underway. We're building the addition ourselves and we've had many people stop to compliment the project, ask who designed it, and take pictures.
