HPS (Home Preservation Stewardship) provides a service that all of us house owners need, but no one else provides. I love that they come to our home and proactively look for issues that might affect us, like filters in our appliances and HVAC systems. Additionally, since they're out here four times per year, and have been doing so for years, they know the home inside and out. Steve and the team are responsive, professional, and beyond kind. I love working with them and feel lucky to have found them.

Paragon Custom Builders

Proper and regular maintenance of a home is the best way to preserve it and minimize degradation. Catching maintenance items early on prevents costly repairs in the future. HPS Palo Alto has helped many of my clients and me identify and perform maintenance on their homes.
