From start to finish, our experience with Southern Pool Designs has been a great one! When I filled out the contact information on their website, I was actually contacted promptly-thank you Mark! I enjoyed working with Mark and Imelda on the design, they made selections fun and easy. The pool tech Andrew has been so good at answering my questions. Beth in the office was very efficient when I requested info and I can't say enough about Rick-best project manager ever!!! Thank you to everyone involved for helping to make my dream come true.

From inception to project completion John Kirkland, owner, and his entire project team was extremely professional and respectful of our property. The renovation scope was to take a 1989 deep diving pool and convert it to a modern ADA pool for my wife's therapy. Our project mgr., Rick, was very detailed on all aspects of the important project. John (Sensitive Information Hidden) himself stopped by a number of times during the renovation to ensure everything was going along as planned. Each one of John (Sensitive Information Hidden) sub contractors were very professional, courteous and outstanding craftsman in their respective fields. The interior pool finish required a "special color". John (Sensitive Information Hidden) and his interior sub, general manager, hit a "home run". Just what my wife wanted. John's tile and paver sub's were both extremely professional and very meticulous. In closing, all I can say is if your do not give John (Sensitive Information Hidden), Southern Pool Designs LLC, your business you are missing out on the highest quality pool renovation and or new construction. We had a beautiful Infinity Pool designed and constructed by Southern Pool Designs; this was a difficult design due to the elevation change from the current patio down to the lake. However, when the pool was completed, you look over the Infinity wall and it looks like your are going onto the lake. The Patio was all Travertine tile and finished off at the steps to our Boat Dock which just worked great and tied the Pool the Patio and the Dock together.

When we 1st decided to have a pool, we contacted 5 companies. The ONLY one that continued to follow up and provide great customer service was Southern Pool Designs. From concept to construction to enjoyment - they answered all of our questions and provided great input. We are extremely pleased with the design, materials and overall operation. We would highly recommend using them - you will not be sorry!

Loved working with the team at Southern pools, from the design phase to the final product. Attention to detail and frequent communication helped during the building of our pool. He somehow managed to incorporate all the components we discussed when we initially met at my home and I presented my wish list. Rick is a true professional and a very effective manager. He scheduled in the various trades efficiently and he oversaw their work with regular site visits. With in the past year we had the privilege of have a personal pool built by Southern Pool Designs. Our experience was indeed excellent. The only faux pas was post design. Our pool designer unexpectedly resigned which caused a minor communication gap as to what our expectations were. To the teams credit they stepped up and met our every expectation as to what we envisioned our pool should look like. Kudos to the project managers and the owners for meeting our needs. In addition I made a point to ask all the "trades" how they liked working with this company? All gave ringing endorsements confirming Southern Pool Designs professionalism. In my opinion a true barometer of major project is the commitment of said trades. All were trustworthy, committed, professional and most importantly kind. Thanks for job well done to all.

Its been a year since my pool was finished and I want to leave a review of Southern Pool Designs. My experience with them has been positive and I would recommend them to anyone who is considering building a pool. Before deciding to go with SPD I called about 8 other companies, spoke to about 5, received a quote from 3 of them and ultimately decided to go with SPD. The design process of my pool was very cool. Claudia came within a week of calling then and was very patient until she designed exactly what we wanted. I can’t stress enough how patient she was during the process. Once we signed all paperwork and gave our deposit it took SPD 11 months to finish my pool however at the moment I signed my pool contract I had not closed on my house yet so they couldn’t start working. Being this my first pool I had many questions and always had an answer for them. The most helpful person in SPD in my experience was construction manager Rick. Boy he was patient answering all my questions. I think that for close to a year I would text Rick every other day wanting for updates. He always responded. I compared the time it took SPD to finish my pool to other 2 neighbors that also built a pool around the same time and it was about the same. I wanted to wait some to write this review because wanted to see how their service department works. My pool cleaning service broke a pipe and SPD came next day to fix it. I called them to change the overflow length and they also came promptly and resolved it. Rick took his time to teach me all the equipment and how to care for my pool. I’m overall very pleased with the service I received from them. Would I use them to build another pool? Absolutely. Haven’t had any major issues with the pool or the equipment itself. The pool had brought a lot of fun times in the past year. Thank you SPD and if you choose, them Rick is the man!

We knew we wanted a unique swim scape - We put our trust and our financial resources in the very capable hands of Southern Pool Design. Truly the best decision we could have made!!! Our pool/patio area is a beautiful showpiece; a sweet bit of paradise that we enjoy immensely! The design and craftsmanship of the entire project is exquisite! The construction process was an all around positive experience. Southern Pool Design's team is knowledgeable, skilled, caring and totally professional and their dedication to excellence is showcased in their finished product! We couldn't be happier!

LOVE LOVE LOVE our pool!!! Its simply beautiful!! We did extensive homework searching for a company to build our backyard oasis and we found them in Southern Pool Design!! We worked closely with Tyler and Rick from afar…they were always accommodating and prompt in making us aware of their progress. Like any outdoor project, there were weather delays but we understood and ultimately were not disappointed in the outcome. A huge thank you to them all!! We would use again, and recommend them highly.
