We have automated two homes before engaging Sound + Theater to update our main residence in March 2018. Quite honestly, their team outperformed both of my previous vendors. They are knowledgeable, personable and responsive. Our conversion to Control4 was without complication. I would hire them again and recommend Sound + Theater to anyone who expects high quality service and products.

Sound & Theater is an absolutely top-notch automation company. I say this after having been a consistently-impressed client of theirs for over three years. I found S&T when I was doing a substantial amount of research on adding automation to my home. I am a programmer, and I know a lot about technology; I was considering, and interviewed, many different dealers of many different automation platforms, and I dug around in lots of forums, including avsforum and the control4 forums. I was pretty sold on S&T after this process, but what made me pull the trigger was this: When I looked through my bookmarks from the control4 forums, a significant number of them had answers from a guy named Shawn... who happened to be the Shawn at S&T. I looked at more of his posts, and saw both the depth of his expertise and his willingness to help (a trait that is present, as far as I can tell, in all of the people at S&T). We hired them, and have never regretted it. Whenever there's a concern -- which is rare -- there's somebody to reach out to, and an answer to be had. This is the company I'm glad I hired, and the company I would hire again if I had to start fresh.

Sound and Theater were a pleasure to work with. They made the often intimidating process of technology and home entertainment a breeze. Shawn, Kirk and the team have really helped explain the process to me and were able to keep me within budget but still getting the best in modern technology. Since our house was built they have also been extremely prompt and fast to respond to any questions I may have. Very happy we picked them for our new build house, and would go to them in a heartbeat if we do any future expansion projects!
